I had my Teslat Model Y front windows tinted at Avanti Window. Gustavo walked me through the difference between conventional carbon film vs. ceramic film. I ended up choosing 35% ceramic film that provides more protection from IR heat than carbon film. The entire job took about 45 minutes. I asked for quotes for car window tinting through Yelp and got the first response from Gustavo. He's very responsive and answered all my inquiries quickly plus the pricing was very reasonable and competitive! Scheduled my appointment and ready to go but he sent me a text the night before saying that he won't be able to make it to my schedule. He offered a 10% discount due to the changes in schedule. Finally got it done the following day and it was awesome! His shop looks good and has a waiting area. Gustavo showed me different films and let me choose what I want to put in my car. He also made recommendations and started working on my car. My brand new Honda Accord Sport 2022 looks awesome with 5% in the back windshield and back sides , and 35% in the front sides! It took him less than 2 hours and the results was flawless! I'm so glad I chose M Tint Machine , best value for my money! There are a few things to mention before leaving my actual review. I have been to many tint shops in the Bay Area in the past with many different cars. I stumbled across Avanti Window Tint simply by doing a local search closer to my house on Yelp. The very first thing that I noticed was the communication with Gustavo. He replied very quickly even though it was during Christmas Eve and answered all of my questions. He also offered a very competitive quote compared to what others are charging in the area. Onto the actual review. Gustavo did an impeccable job on my 2023 Tesla Model S Plaid, I am a little OCD when it comes to my cars and I immediately notice imperfections even if small. I quickly learned that Gustavo is the same way. The tint was done in a very meticulous way. The edges are cut perfectly and the tint is perfectly done, with zero imperfections. He was also done in record time, whereas in the past I would have to leave the car almost for a full day for an all-around tint job. He explained to me what to expect in the next few days after the tint job and overall was very pleasant to speak with. He even left a little gift for the holidays in the passenger seat. I can't recommend him enough and I will definitely be back for a vinyl wrap and recommend Avanti Tint to others. Thank you Gustavo for your excellent work and superb customer experience. If you are looking to tint your car windows, I highly recommend Avanti Window Tint. Gustavo was very responsive and sent me a proposal over text. It was nice to see the different prices based on the window tint type (carbon or ceramic). After seeing there was 2 types, I had to do a bit of research to decide what I wanted. I liked how the proposal mentioned that Ceramic Window tint has the 'Best Heat Rejection'. After I picked the tint type and responded to the proposal, Gustavo was quick to respond. I was able to make an appointment based on my schedule. I liked how I received another text with an appointment confirmation. On the day of the appointment, I received a reminder regarding my appointment. Avanti Window Tint is located inside Carjenixs Detailing. Gustavo was very knowledgeable and helped us answer all of our questions with the window tinting. He showed us different examples of tint. Gustavo also showed us the difference between carbon and ceramic tint by having us feel the heat difference. After that example, my mind was definitely set on Ceramic tint. When my car was ready for pickup, I received another text notification. Me and my husband are really happy with the window tint. During pickup, Gustavo reminded us that the window tint has a lifetime warranty. Overall, I am very happy that I chose Avanti Window Tint. Where things started to slip was on the pickup side. I was told the car was ready, but still ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes before actually getting it. At checkout, I was also surprised to see a tip screen with suggested amounts that felt pretty high given the service. I ended up leaving a small tip, but the experience itself didn't really match that level of expectation. I also would have appreciated a quick walkthrough of the work that was done--especially at that price point--but it was more of a quick handoff of the keys. I came back for the 10-day follow-up and made a point to ask about timing ahead of time. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived early, but after an hour the car hadn't been touched yet, and there wasn't any update unless I asked. That part was frustrating. So, they ended up rushing my 10-day follow-up inspection. Gave the car a quick rinse and handed me the keys. What was the point of driving down from Carlsbad??? Over 3 hours wasted. For comparison, I had a great experience at their Kearny Mesa location previously, so I know what they're capable of. This location is stretched thin, which seemed to impact communication and overall service. I was not the only customer in the lobby feeling this way. Given the type of clientele they're working with and the pricing, I was expecting a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Their follow-up consisted of more sales pitches of coupons for services I already had done. Would have been nice to have the discounts PRIOR to the work! I planned on using the wash program and mentioned to Jasmine my poor service experience. Think there was follow-up? Nada. So, thumbs "kind of" up for Ceramic Pro but thumbs down for this location. Overall, I think the company itself does good work, and have used the Kearny Mesa location in the past several times with excellent success!! I would not choose this location again.

We had been quoted anywhere between $5,000-$15,000 to replace our sliding patio doors with French…read moredoors. Our garage is detached, so we could not lock our old patio doors, meaning if we wanted to use our garage, we either had to leave the house unlocked or walk around the block to our front door. We were told by all the other contractors that our doorway was a weird size, and that they were unable to install the doors without cutting into our drywall and stucco and removing our patio stairs. We were also told this would be a project that took multiple days. I posted our other quotes to Yelp to see if other contractors could beat it, and Sivan responded. Oded from Sivan came in and confirmed what I suspected: That what we were told by other contractors was wrong, and that they could easily replace our sliding patio doors with French doors with a lock, and that it could be done via retrofitting and would only take a matter of hours. Everyone at Sivan was easy to work with. My husband and I frequently have meetings during the day, so it's hard to have a call about house stuff. Everyone at Sivan was able to communicate via e-mail and text so we could handle things while in meetings, and they were super responsive even though we sometimes took months to respond because we had a baby since we originally reached out to them. We were able to get our doors done for $4,298.80, which was the best quote we had from any contractor and included labor, materials, and a warranty. In sum, we highly recommend Sivan if you are looking to replace your doors!
