The facility is top-notch, the campus is modern, clean, and the staff is terrific. Everyone we came in contact with were helpful and knowledgeable. The place is beautiful, art everywhere, places to sit and relax, history of the Mayo family and how it all came to be, photos, and information. This was all just in one part of it where we were, the ER and Davis Building. They also have quality places to eat and even a full Starbucks here. This is a state of the art hospital with world class physicians. Walking the corridors there an air of calm knowing you or your family member are being treated by the best.

Dr Joseph replied to my request to switch my care to her office quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment the following day after submitting the request. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly welcome by the nice receptionist. I waited roughly 10 minutes to be taken into the exam room where I discussed my current medications with a nurse. Dr Joseph was thorough, discussing all my health concerns and suggesting some lifestyle changes to help lower my cholesterol and lose weight. I left the appointment feeling good about my decision to start seeing Dr Joseph. When I checkout, we scheduled my annual physical in August.

I talked to front desk staff, she made correction that I want my prescription sent to MY WALGREENS - I gave her address etc. Next day/June 2026 - I called Dr. Muenz office to find out if prescription was sent - person replied that it was sent to Beach Blvd. Publix Pharmacy - I had to ask more... questions - where, what is the address, phone number etc. I asked HER WHY - PRESCRIPTION WASN'T SENT TO my Walgreens pharmacy? No answer. I had to call Publix Pharmacy - find out my prescription was sent there - when it will be ready etc. - also Publix Pharmacy had my phone number wrong - I had to fill out all the necessary information to REGISTER with Publix Pharmacy, so stressful, unnecessary stress, worries, headache, extra steps because Dr. Muenz staff or him chooses Pharmacy they want -NOT WHAT I want. So upsetting. I am so sick of the games doctor's office staff or... plays with patients. Dr. Muenz is great, front desk check in staff is fantastic. A young female staff who was checking my blood pressure etc. is just ok, not great. make sure you ask them to resend your prescription to Your pharmacy that you go to, if it is sent to another Pharmacy, have them Cancel it, then resend to correct pharmacy... otherwise you will have many pharmacies for your different prescription. New Pharmacy all the questions to answer, Register... so much headache, stress, unnecessary Time wasted, energy and More.... i hate People play their game. The office staff are pleasant and the I love the in house phlebotomist as you are not required to go to another office for blood work. The office is usually busy and sometimes I have to wait a little longer than I would like. However, with new federal regulations requiring much more documentation from the medical staff I understand the wait time a little better than most. And I also appreciate that she does not rush me through the appointment. She takes time to listen to my health concerns and provides helpful medical advise. I plan to continue seeing Sandra Carr and would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable health care provider.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Mark Pierce since 2008. In fact, we now live in Orlando…read moreand drive clear up to Jacksonville once a month, just to be seen by Dr. Pierce. We have found two other AO Drs in our area, but their level of care just does not compare to that of Dr. Mark Pierce Chiropractic. Their more all-natural approach to chiropractic care (Atlas Orthogonal) was known to my husband but foreign to me. I instantly felt relaxed and comfortable with Dr. Pierce. My X-rays showed that my spine was indeed out of alignment, most likely due to everyday living - poor posture and sleep habits. And Dr. Pierce instantly noticed that my atlas was "red hot" and asked if I ever felt discomfort there (at the base of the neck). I said, "Of course, all of the time. I get migraines at least twice a month, but I thought that was just me." Well after my first adjustment, I felt relief in that area for the first time since I was a young teenager. I had become so used to that constant pain and migraines that I did not know what it felt like to be relieved of that pressure. We continued to see Dr. Pierce frequently until my alignment held (the body will kick it out and go back to its old ways if not properly maintained at first). I am thrilled to say I have not had a migraine headache since (going on 5 years without having to pop a maxalt). And I am more aware of my body now and can tell when I am out of alignment and need an adjustment. I used to have irritable bowl and this has cured that as well. I am walking, living proof that this method works. And it works simply because they are treating the true cause of the problem, not some symptom further down in the body.
