Despite arriving on time, I waited nearly two hours past my scheduled appointment. Feeling completely unvalued, I eventually notified the staff that I was leaving. I have been a patient at this dentist offices for about five years, tolerating previous poor experiences solely due to the convenient location. It is clear they are now overbooking appointments to prioritize profit over patient care, and they no longer show basic concern for their clients' time or well-being. Dr. Hiroshige is the dentist to go to in Gardena and the South Bay!!!!!! Parking is super convenient and he has all the latest technology. The XRay tech was super nice and made sure I was comfortable with my X Rays. They took both an XRay and a 3D photo of my bite. Luckily I had no cavities but i needed a very deep cleaning! Dr. Grace worked on my teeth for a good hour. She took her time and was plugging that tartar away from my teeth. Im so grateful for her and her expertise!
