They called me to move my appointment earlier, and I agreed to come in 30 minutes ahead of schedule. An hour before the new appointment time, I even called to ask if they were running on time because every previous appointment had already been 2 hours behind. The front desk told me, "Yes, we are on time." I arrived 15 minutes early, signed all the paperwork, and still ended up waiting until almost my original appointment time. Once I was finally brought back, the doctor cracked a joke, gave me Novocaine, said he'd be back, and disappeared. Forty minutes later, I was still sitting there numb with no doctor or staff in sight. At this point, it had been well over an hour without the doctor even starting the exam. The front desk staff should not be working in customer service. They were unhelpful, showed no remorse, and acted like this is something they constantly hear complaints about. Sadly, I doubt anything will change, but do yourself a favor and find another dentist

It was my first time meeting Dr. Arce, he was as gentle as possible and explained my procedure and options , which help put me at ease. Kaniya and Ara were very friendly, warm and attentive. You are in good hands at this office! October 1st Today , I had an initial exam and consultation. I'm always nervous about going to the dentist and did not know what to expect. Manfredo was very professional, warm and gentle when completing my X-rays. Dr. Paralles' presence further put me at ease , he has a very calming demeanor. He explained my treatment plan thoroughly and was very gentle during my examination. Both periodically checked in on my comfort level throughout my entire visit. I have insurance to cover a antibiotic prescription but they wanted me to pay them 200 bucks for it. I have a tooth that really needs to be extracted and it had a build up of plaque behind it but they tried to convince me that it was a serious infection. I chose to return to his office because of the trust I have in his expertise. Before coming back, I consulted two dentists closer to my new location. One said the procedure could not be done and recommended a root canl specialist, while the other explained that the treatment would be too complex and would require three separate visits. Dr. Stephen Hiroshige carefully evaluated my case and personally completed the root canal treatment. The entire procedure was virtually painless, and I felt completely at ease throughout. While the drive was long, it was absolutely worth it. Dr. Stephen Hiroshige is a highly skilled, professional, and trustworthy dentist, and I would confidently recommed him to anyone in need of excellent dental care.

Dr. Hiroshige is the dentist to go to in Gardena and the South Bay!!!!!! Parking is super convenient and he has all the latest technology. The XRay tech was super nice and made sure I was comfortable with my X Rays. They took both an XRay and a 3D photo of my bite. Luckily I had no cavities but i needed a very deep cleaning! Dr. Grace worked on my teeth for a good hour. She took her time and was plugging that tartar away from my teeth. Im so grateful for her and her expertise!
