Dr. Alex has been our kids' pedodontist for many years and I highly recommend him. He's very informative and does a great job keeping my kids comfortable and at ease. Dr. Hayden has been my wife's orthodontist throughout her Invisalign process and has provided excellent service as well. The entire dental team including Johnny, Gabby and the many staff members have consistently provided great care. They're always professional, courteous, great with the kids. He was dismissive, rude, unhelpful, and clearly had no interest in actually helping me. I came in for one simple reason: to close a VERY small gap. Instead of discussing my options or even attempting to help, he flat-out told me it "couldn't be done" because the gap was too small. That made absolutely no sense considering I've had the exact same thing done before. It was very obvious to me that he simply did not want to do it. And just as I suspected, I went to another dentist who was able to do EXACTLY what he claimed could not be done. So clearly, it wasn't that it couldn't be done...HE just wasn't willing or able to do it. There is a difference. If you don't want to provide a service, say that instead of dismissing a patient and acting as though what they're asking for is impossible. The attitude and lack of effort were completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. There are too many dentists out here who will actually listen to their patients and try to help them. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I definitely will not be returning.

Upon arrival, we followed the office's request to call first, and we were welcomed in right away. The nurses and doctors were ready for us, and the entire visit took less than 30 minutes. Scheduling the next appointment was just as smooth--the receptionist was wonderful, and we even shared a good laugh over something silly I said. She promptly sent over the new patient documentation, which, while tedious, is a standard step at any office. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting. My little one was especially fascinated by the fish tank in the lobby, which made waiting a breeze. The doctor does see my kid during appointments, so I have no complaints there. My real gripe is on the parent side. With most dentists, you're invited back to see what's going on and get a quick update on your kid's progress. Here, that never happens. Once my kid's appointment is done, we're just sent to the front desk to book the next one. No check-in, no explanation of where we are in treatment or what's coming next. I'm sure everything's going fine, but as a parent I'd like to actually be looped in occasionally instead of finding out things secondhand from my child.
