Jennifer and Dado were great to deal with and even better people! Jen and Dado were super responsive to any questions we had. We rented one of their Revels for a trip into Yellowstone and the Tetons and it did not disappoint! I would recommend the Starlink option/add-on given the remoteness of the area which was great for navigating and finding our camping locations. The Revel has everything and was fully equipped for my partner and I. My only regret was not staying longer! I would totally recommend renting with Aventura! read more

Dado and Jennifer are amazing hosts who take pride in their business and product and go out of their way to best help their customers. This was the first time we ever rented a Class B, and they were so patient during the pick up to walk us through everything needed for a smooth rental/trip. Further, their communication was A+: responding so promptly (often within 1 minute) and thoroughly. They have a highly rated outfit in Las Vegas, and no doubt their Bozeman-based enterprise will be just as successful given our experience with them. The Revel 44e was in great shape--inside and out. As said, this was our first experience and we had many questions once on the road and their answers to these questions made for a seamless trip. We recommend Aventura Camper Vans at the highest level possible. You could not ask for a more welcoming and supportive business. read more

Ashley answered all of my questions ahead of time and was there to meet us at there store along with Mike. Such nice people! They made the process of getting us ready seamless and we only had a short drive to the trials. I even asked if we could have a cooler on one of the ATV's so we could take lunch and some drinks with us. Everything was ready to go. Nate picked us up from the airport in a nice, black SUV, communicating exactly where we'd find him, helped load all our gear, and drove us to their office a few miles down the road. We received a new Crosstrek with barely 1000 miles on it. Check in was straightforward, as was the return. We especially appreciated that they require your own proof of insurance, via credit card or homeowner policy, and didn't try to upsell us everything under the sun. Our car was clean and super fun to drive. Nate, and everyone else back at the office, THANK YOU for starting our Vacay off nice and easy. I highly recommend Finish Line to anyone traveling in the area.

Just came back from vacation and looked at my e-receipt and saw I was charged an extra $45 for an…read morehour late fee for drop off. Our drop off time on our contract was 6am. We dropped it off at 4:45 am for a 6 am flight. But because Bozeman Budget doesn't have employees onsite. You leave the vehicle with the key inside. They show drop off at 7:45 which likely when the employees show up and scan all the returned rentals. Then when I called customer service the lady told me I had to fill out documentation and show proof of my flights. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told one wasn't available for 24-48 hours. Then I decided to email. When I finished my email and hit send it said server error try again. My guess is they do this frequently and make it so hard that people give up.

We booked a full size car for 8 days starting 5/8/24. They did not have a full size available so…read moregave us a Pacifica mini-van. It was cold and rainy that day. When we got to Missoula the following day, it was warm and we found the air conditioner was not working. It was no longer tolerable when we got to Kalispel so we went to the airport. They only had a Pacifica or a truck available. We took the Pacifica and it was great until we got to Great Falls the following day. A message appeared on the screen while driving in heavy traffic-"pull over safely as this vehicle is going to shut down". It did shut down and would not start again. We called Budget for roadside assistance. They informed us it would be 1-1 1/2 hours until arrival and we would be charged for the service. After 20 minutes the car started. We drove to the airport and then cancelled the roadside service call. They said it would be awhile as they had to clean the car. We were given a Chevy Malibu. When we got to Bozeman the following morning to return the car, there was no one to check the car in and no one at the airport counter. We received the rental receipt via email. We were charged an additional $250 for a one way trip. When we called they said they would look into it and get back to us in 3-4 business days. The same day, we received another email charging us $104 for a tow service. I will never rent from Budget again!!!

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making us feel right at home. Their camper van was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free adventure. Great experience. The hosts were both very kind and informative. If this is your first time renting a vehicle like this, don't worry, they will go in detail and explain everything that you need to know. Without a vehicle like this, our vacation would have definitely been different. We were able to see the whole entire park and do everything we wanted in comfort. The vehicle handled the mountain curves and hills like a dream. The mattress is even more comfortable than my home mattress!!
