We absolutely fell in love with our adventure to Montana and Wyoming the first time we rented with Blacksford that we rented again to explore the Mighty 5 in Utah. This has quickly become our family's favorite way to experience the National Parks and we are already talking about our next trip. We have all voted that we want to rent the EKKO next! Blacksford seriously made the entire process seamless from the moment we booked. They reached out frequently, helped answer all our questions, and gave us great planning tips! The first time we rented we flew into Montana, and Bruce picked us up from the airport with the RV which our boys thought was the coolest thing ever! When we flew into Vegas, Cindee picked us up right from our hotel on the strip! It was not only so helpful it was such a fun way to kick off our adventure. They explained every detail about the vehicle, how to check tank levels, plug in, etc. so we had no concerns hitting the open road. They texted to check in on us throughout the trip and offered great tips and advice along the way which we really appreciated. The customer service is pretty exceptional and gave us such great peace of mind. The RV was super clean and comfortable and was basically brand new. We didn't have to worry about any of our creature comforts as they took the steps to stock it all for us. We had Instacart deliver our groceries to the RV facility and they even loaded it into the vehicle for us. Talk about going the extra mile! After a long flight and day of travel it was so nice to arrive and not worry about a thing. The National Parks pass was a wonderful touch, and the unlimited mileage was a great bonus. We rented the 24D View and had more than enough room for our family of 4. We loved being able to stop whenever we wanted to enjoy a sunset, hike a trail, or just have a picnic with breathtaking backdrops. Not only was it extremely convenient having everything we needed with us, it offered us the freedom to really explore. I truly think the RV experience we had thanks to Blacksford is responsible for tons of our family's core memories. Blacksford RVs are a fantastic choice for an unforgettable family adventure. Big Sky's everyday price on the same 16' towable was over $3G lower. We drove to Bozeman, plunked down our cash and away we went. They made the out-of-state part easy. They were friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgable. On our way by, we stopped at the Billings store to pick up needed items, and found them every bit as wonderful. We will be back.

My wife and I loved how easy it was to pop up the top (seriously takes 5 seconds to put up and take down) without the hassle of needing to tow a trailer. It was also plenty warm in the top at night, and we loved being able to store our gear in the cab that we could access without needing to get out. The Jeep was super clean and we really appreciated the cooler and folding chairs that Alyssa had in the Jeep all ready for us when we picked up the car. We didn't need to do any offroad driving but the Jeep handled great on the roads, even at highway speed. Thanks a ton Hatch for a great experience, can't wait to use one of these sweet setups again in the future.

The generator was broken on day 2 and customer service was terrible. The RV was in an accident prior to our pickup and it must have damaged generator but they rented it to us anyway. Lots of things broken .. broken doors to all compartments on drivers side, broken lights, broken heat, broken shower tub - they had duct tape on many things but they were still broken. Customer Service was not helpful! It was difficult to get thru on phone to Customer Service. They sent us to mechanics but they could not fix it. We were in Yellowstone with lower than 30 degrees and no heat. In addition... They would not give us the advertised 10% off KOA discount as advertised on their website. Reservations told us to get discount at pickup. Pickup told us they couldn't do it with their systems. We rented from June 13-20. Will not rent from Cruise America again!

Then we were given an rv with all of the sewer and water valves left wide open, with no instructions on how to change that so we could add water to the system. All of the valves are inaccessible behind screwed in panels, so I feel sorry for the two parties ahead of mine that were told to simply "add water." The rental agent was irritated, overworked and downright rude to me. We spoke with the 800# and the roadside assistance to document the fact that the unit wasn't rented as described--no one cared. When I complained afterwards, they wouldn't refund any little bit to us, cited their protection in the rental agreement. Offered a voucher for a future rental--are you kidding me? I wouln't wish a rental from this dump on my worst enemy. As a side note, we rented a moving truck from the sale Budget lot about 4 years ago, and the place is trashy and unkempt, a sure sign that the people working there don't give a crap about their customers or the property they rent. I can't say too many bad things about our experience with this rental agency--don't do it. Big Sky RV and the other place on the Frontage road have great rates and are local--use them.

I went in a few times right at 12 and there was still hair in the showers as well as soap scum. Tent site was spacious so, although there were quite a few there, you weren't on top of each other. The bathrooms were clean every time we used them and the showers had great water pressure and temperature. While we were out hiking, it began to rain. The campers next to us seen that we had left our tent open and put our rain fly up for us. Amazing campers etiquette. The only thing missing for us was a campfire. The train noises were there but in the background and didn't wake us up at all. The person who checked us in was extremely hospitable. It is near town for all the amenities
