I had visited another dentist last year but felt uncomfortable about going back when I broke a crown and had a couple cavities...so I looked around on Yelp and elsewhere for a better experience. I was lucky. I am not exaggerating...Dr. Wang is truly a painless dentist. I felt absolutely nothing except vibration of the tools. I kept waiting to feel pain but NADA! And when the numbing wore off, again no pain! Amazing! I even referred my cousin and she too is extremely happy. To make matters even better, their prices for services are very reasonable. They have a special plan which is better than any insurance I've ever had! I'm going back for the final crown soon. I'm definitely not worried!

They charged me significantly more than what was reflected in my insurance claim and later told me that certain services were not covered by my insurance. These charges were not clearly explained beforehand, and the billing practices felt misleading and unfair. I will never return, and I would not recommend this office to my friends or family. If zero stars were an option, that's what I would give.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience regarding an Invisalign agreement and gave the…read moreoffice multiple opportunities to resolve it. In December, I had a consultation for Invisalign and was quoted approximately $5,000 (paid in full, no insurance involved). During that consultation, I specifically asked whether whitening treatment could be included in the cost. After checking with the office, the dentist confirmed that it could. Near the end of my treatment, I asked about the whitening treatment and was given take-home whitening gel. This was not what I understood to be included, so I later texted the dentist to clarify. He acknowledged the misunderstanding and agreed to provide an in-office treatment at a future appointment. At the next appointment, I received what the office described as a short "maintenance" whitening treatment. When I explained again that I had expected a full in-office whitening treatment, I was told that the treatment I was referring to normally costs around $700 and could only be offered to me at half price. My frustration is not about the cost of whitening itself -- it's that I specifically asked whether whitening treatment (not a maintenance one) could be included before agreeing to move forward with Invisalign, and I was told yes. I raised the issue multiple times and do not feel it was ever meaningfully resolved. What was especially frustrating is that even the reduced "maintenance" whitening treatment the office claimed they originally intended to provide was never consistently followed through on. At my final retainer appointment, there was no mention of whitening at all despite the prior discussions and assurances. The Invisalign results themselves turned out well, but I was disappointed by how this situation was handled and by the lack of accountability regarding what had originally been agreed upon. I'm including screenshots of the text conversation referenced above so others can make their own informed judgment.

Every 6 months I get a checkup that is always smooth. They always accommodate my light sensitivity by turning off the overhead lighting and handing me blackout sunglasses. They are so nice and I almost never leave with a migraine, which is truly a miracle. But today was a different sort of day. I woke up with tooth pain. I was really nervous about it. I called. Sarah at the front desk, who is always amazing, got me in today. Then I met Juliet, one of the hygienists. I told her kind of my sob story about how I think I'm grinding at night and I'm so worried I'm going to have a cracked tooth because Dr. Glennon has asked me to be careful with that one. She is so reassuring. So kind. She and I talk for 30 minutes about possible solutions, including the one I've been scared to death to try, a night guard. But she puts me at ease. She is both super smart and super empathetic. She scans my mouth. Dr. Glennon comes in and does some tests. He takes time to examine the tooth and the area around it. It's either phantom pain from my anxiety or possibly real pain. He listens to me. He tells me what I'm feeling is real. I'm not sure, but I appreciate he isn't dismissive. They have my back on whichever decision I want to make to protect my tooth. I leave almost about to cry because of how kind they are.

I was in a period in my life where I did not have dental insurance so I was a cash pay patient. When I went in the last time, they insisted that I have x-rays and that if I didn't, they were not "running the business as they were taught ". So as it turns out, Dr. Peters wouldn't even clean my teeth! She talked to me like I was an errant child who was misbehaving. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I reached out to the owner of the practice and she called me back and apologized for how things happened and even offered to do the x-rays for free. Although I greatly appreciate that, I have no desire to go back and have to see Dr. Peter's. So I advise if you go to this practice make sure you have health insurance or unlimited money because people who don't are not really welcome.
