For the mini-sessions she had two small scenes set up. We did a couple of outfit changes and took pictures in both scenes. The families before and after us were repeat customers and had nothing but praise for their previous experiences. I was a nervous that none of the photos would come out, or that my child would have a complete meltdown once the lights were on and camera ready. We would never consider using them again in the future knowing this is the way past clients are treated. (Not to mention, the wedding photos in question put them on the COVER of The Knot at the time.
