He never showed uo on the day he was supposed to do the job, never responded to my texted or called to inform me. He responded 2 days later, said that he had orher job need to finish. He showed up late on weekend to go with me to buy materials and he went home and showed up next day to do the job. He keeps delaying the job. Henry showed up late and working not professionally, slowly get it done because he complained about how old the house is, which the same with every house. Lacking communication, very unprofessionally. At the end, i asked him one more step, adding tiles for my bathroom which is small bathroom and only half tiled. He complained about the old house and it took his time alot. He installed my toilet paper holder wrong side and place without asking me where do i want to install. He argued with me, blamed me because i did not verbally let him know first. At the end of the day he texted me and asked for 3k3 total which i was mad and asked why just added tiles and 2k more. He told me because it took a lot of his time, it was hard to install since this is his job to find a way to install for customer. I refused to pay and he refused to give me a good explanation why that amount. I would never recommend this guy if you dont want headaches and bullshit. Literally a scam, always blame customers but never see his unprofessional side!!

It is unfortunate that I have to paid someone else to correct his work but it is more unfortunate for him because I was going to give him much bigger jobs after this.

The crew (2 men) knew their job and made sure the fence was straight and exactly where we wanted it. All posts were cemented in. They cleaned the fence when finished. Upon planting too close to my fence, they wanted to charge me $2500 to move trees. The grass was destroyed from the machinery and we had to pay another company to redo the grass because their seeds did not sprout anything. Finally we have multiple low voltage lights they installed failing within a year. They are charging to come out and replace, claiming I am at fault even though we haven't done anything to disturb them. I'm very annoyed to be paying for this, so just be aware if they try to upsell you on these aspects. I just don't feel respect for having spent nearly six figures on the project. Edit: after giving feedback to the owner, they decided to comp the repair work, updated to 4 stars.
