They take NO RESPONSIBILITY when things go south and tell you to deal with the hauler directly, that they can't help you. On the phone, we were promised delivery in 4-5 days and finally received our car on day 13, with a piece of it missing off the front. They also had assigned our car to be delivered to the wrong address and wrong person in a different city! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. Our car was brokered and given to Corja Auto Hauling...where the dispatcher and driver lied to us continuously. Any and all communication was initiated by us. They never told us where the car was or what was going on. In hind site, I wish we had put an apple air tag in the car, so we would have known where it was, since we were being lied to! Dropped on 8/9 in Cambridge, Mass. Told it would take 4-5 days to arrive. It took 13!!! Picked up on 8/13. Scheduled delivery 8/19 in DFW. Delivered on 8/22 after over 50+ calls & texts from us...trying to figure out where our car is. DreamLine was NO HELP AT ALL! DREAMLINE TOLD US TO CONTACT THE DRIVER IF WE WANT ANSWERS...THEY CAN'T HELP US! Gee thanks! You're the ones that turned our car over to these people! 8/19 - Car is in Penn/Ohio ...truck hauler has brake issues. WHY is the car only in PENN/OHIO??? WHY did it take SIX days to go from Massachusetts to Penn/Ohio??? Dispatcher says tomorrow afternoon/eve for delivery (8/20). 8/20 - Dreamline Logistics said car should be in Dallas tomorrow. Departed Ohio earlier today. Driver texted no later than 21st. 8/21 - Dreamline said call the driver. It's out of their control. Driver being "reprimanded for lack of communication and unnecessary delays". Texted driver and he said it will be tomorrow (8/22). Called Dreamline again. He is trying to get it to us by 5pm today. Talked to driver again. He said it will be after 12 tomorrow. Driver aiming to deliver by 1145am tomorrow. 8/22 - 9am Driver is in Memphis, but had promised delivery this morning!!! Call back in 3 hours. He said he waited too long on another client to drop off their car! That caused the delay. Tentative time today btwn 430-530pm at grocery store near our home. Called driver at 2pm, he did not answer. Dispatch said per their tracker, he was in Texarkana...3 hrs away. 8/22 Continued - Driver was told to meet us at the grocery store parking lot near our home. He never verified address and told me to meet him there at 6:15pm. I arrived and he was not there! He kept saying he was there and unloading cars. Come to find out, he was over 45 minutes away, unloading our car in the wrong city. DreamLine Logistics gave him the wrong address and wrong name of where to drop our car and who to give it to. He was about to give OUR car to the WRONG person!!! DreamLine is not a dream, they are a complete NIGHTMARE!!!! So then the driver said he would bring the car to me. He had to re load all the cars and will head my way. That was at 6:02pm. He texted at 7:41pm...that he is 35 minutes away....after I kept calling and texting him! Terrible communication. Stated his phone is blowing up and things are just crazy! Yeah, probably everyone wants to know where their car is!!!! 8/22 Continued - DreamLine called (Mike 857.201.0302) requesting payment before we even get the car. STILL WAITING ON DRIVER! Not paying you without having our car! He NEVER apologized...just wanted money. 8/22 Continued - We were supposed to get a 10 minute update from driver when the car was 10 minutes away. Never happened! Driver pulls into meeting spot at 8:30pm...over 2 hours after he asked us to meet him....although the logistics company did give him the wrong address. Their fault! COMMUNICATION TERRIBLE/NON-EXISTANT UNLESS YOU CALL OR TEXT THEM BEGGING FOR ANSWERS! - CAN'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY! - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

You will regret doing business with them if your car gets damaged. They are bonded agent and "poorly"insured. Their policy has $5000 deductible if damages are below that then they will not reimburse you for damages. They will deflect their incompetence to Cargo management their preferred shipping group for reimbursement on damages who are equally shady and crooks. CMG is poorly insured and unprofessionals to deal with. My car was damaged during the transit by their drivers who didn't secure the car properly. The car's side and backside was pushed in against the rail and was shifting around -STAY AWAY from them if you want peace of mind. Don't be fool by five stars reviews. See the car pics that their chop shop driver did to my car. Legal action is underway. Don't be fooled by fake 5 star reviews!

One had a mask around his neck, and the rest of the two movers didn't have them. When I informed them politely that Cambridge has a law that requires you to wear face masks in public places, such as the apartment building lobby they were standing in, all three pulled out masks from their pockets. I said great, please put them on. They did and walked to the elevator, then took them off. WTF? I say nothing, and when we got to our apartment on the ninth floor, I asked them again to put them on, this time a little annoyed since they don't seem to be taking this seriously at all. They said they can't put them on since moving is cardio-intensive and putting on a mask will hinder their work. Well, excuse me, there's a f**king pandemic going on and they are refusing to wear a mask inside my home? I had no other choice but to turn a blind eye since we were leaving from Boston to California that day and we had no other choice. The "quality assurance" guy reached out to me when we got to California and I informed him about my displeasure on the mask situation, and then I NEVER heard back from him, until I told him I was going to write this review. He called and said "they did not want to be defamed on the internet". lol. My pet food storage box, trash can, and some small items had dents when they got here, so I won't comment on the moving services.
