There was some wonderful yummy oil on top too. A wonderful crust - really a perfect slice in my opinion :) Some may say the price point is expensive but really 2-3 slices (about $5-6 each) will fill you up. I love a place where you buy pizza by the slice, especially since I lived in New York City for three years. The parking was surprisingly spacious behind the building and it was easy to navigate. However, when I walked into this place, it was really small and quite claustrophobic. I did not feel like I had a lot of time to browse the menu to decide if I wanted a sandwich or a panini or a calzone or an already prepared slice of pizza. The cashier was staring at me (while the music was playing far too softly) and I felt pressured to order as soon as possible. I went ahead and ordered three pieces of pizza which were the following slices: one Sicilian pepperoni, one NY pepperoni, and one Granny OG rosemary and feta. The staff was fairly young, and it did not seem like there was much direction for management over the operation. The reason I mentioned this is because of the fact that I found a black hair on my Sicilian slice and three of the gentlemen working had black hair and were constantly adjusting their fall caps. Now for the taste: sadly the best pizza was not the NY slice or the Sicilian -- it was the Granny OG Rosemary feta slice. The pizza base a.k.a. the crust was very crunchy, and the top was perfectly sauced and had a nice balance of all of the components to it. The problem with the New York slice was that it was overcooked and it did not have any drop to it. The Sicilian slice was too thick and had far too much sauce. Overall, I do not think that they should be charging this much money for the quality of the pizza that was served. I had to ask the cashier to re-fire my pizza slices and although he apologized, it just didn't feel like the five-star establishment I keep reading about.

Generally speaking, lasagna has more noodles than meat. This lasagna had more meat and sauce than noodles...blew my socks off. OMG, the homemade raspberry sorbetto reeked of raspberry flavor and oh so smooth. Tracy, my server, my courses pretty quickly with the first two courses steaming out.
