Yes, I got downgraded at first (cue the tiny violin ), but they swapped me into the right ride as promised. Respect. Enterprise is still five stars in my book. Even compared to Turo, they just get it right. Now, about the branch manager--absolute legend. Sweet, spunky, and with the vibe of someone who could charm a grizzly bear into doing yoga. ‍ I swear Enterprise turned 100 pounds of gold into a human and put her in charge. Saw her flip frowns faster than a pancake on Sunday morning. The rest of the staff? Same energy: professional, respectful, but with enough personality that you actually enjoy the process. (Yes, I said "enjoy" and "car rental" in the same sentence. Shocking, I know.) Bottom line: Enterprise is my go-to. Less stress, more smiles, and hey--sometimes a free comedy show at the counter.

As soon as we drove out the minivan we noticed the following items: 1) The gas tank was nearly empty with the warning light on. The representative noted on the contract that the tank was 1/2 way full 2) The mileage that the car shows 58,271 is not the ODO reading that your representative noted on the contract. He stated that the minivan has 58,625 3) The dashboard of the car was filthy to say the list and the glove compartment full of liquid stains 4) The car has a strong dog smell, and the entire carpet and seats are full of hair 5) The car is missing the 3rd row seating 6) The exterior of the car is disgusting from bumper to bumper 7) Food crumbs (animal and human) on all the carpeting of the car and under the seats. 8) Cup holders full of liquid stains and food crumbs 9) Door panelling full of stains/could be dog drool 10) At the time the car was picked up it was raining and the windshield wipers were not cleaning at all 11) The renter's date of birth was incorrectly entered on the contract I am providing pictures as evidence that this is not at any degree an exaggeration. I also have videos to support everything I went through this morning at this location. But this was not only the only issue. When I asked to speak to a manager, the person I asked told me that he was the manager (Garriy Neyman) I explained to Garriy what my frustration was with the whole process I went through to rent a car to which he responded, "you were in a hurry". I explained that being in a hurry does not justify in any circumstance the poor quality of service and product of a company such as Enterprise. Garriy then said that I was screaming complaining and waked away. The least he could do in this situation is ease the bad experience by suggesting to clean the car for me or even offer another car. I then informed Garryi that I would be calling Enterprise's Cutstomer Service to complain to what he responded, "you do whatever you have to do". After calling your Customer Service desk at 855-266-9289 and opening a complain case, I was told that a regional manager would be calling me but at this point I am yet to receive a call. I called again to inquire about how to cancel the service and I was instructed to just leave the car there and return the keys and take a taxi (spent $27) since the whole experience became extremely hostile and was instructed to call the credit card company used for this rental and dispute the charges. But this experience and the service provided by this branch did not only ruin my plans and my wife's for today, but we had to book a new reservation and go with a different company to rent the car we needed for the week. This disgraceful customer service experience has me here typing this complain that I am intending to post on social media and other Web outlets such as Yelp, Google, Travelocity, etc... Garriy Neyman should NOT be representing your company to promote a successful business practice. He does not belong behind your counter as well as the representative that initiated this disgraceful experience and who I did not get the opportunity to obtain his name because he did not even provide it.

It all began when I rented a car from Hertz for a week trip with my family. "BRYANT" before i got the rental vehicle he had to put air in one of the tires then on the same day at night l encountered a flat tire. The following day I called "BRYANT" and explained the situation he told , I should have called him, at 11:00 Pm really???, they close at 6pm However, the real nightmare started when we returned the car to the rental location. To my surprise and dismay, I was informed by the "BRYANT" that I would be responsible for covering the cost of the flat tire repair. Despite my protests and attempts to explain the situation, BRYANT remained firm in their decision and insisted that I pay for the repair. Feeling frustrated and taken advantage of, I reached out to Hertz's customer service department to seek assistance and clarification. However, my attempts to resolve the issue were met with nothing but a runaround. The customer service representatives were unhelpful, indifferent, and showed no empathy towards my situation. They simply reiterated the rental policy and failed to address my concerns adequately. Days turned into weeks, and despite my repeated efforts to reach a resolution, Hertz continued to ignore my requests for a refund for the flat tire repair charges. The lack of transparency, accountability, and empathy displayed by Hertz throughout this ordeal left me feeling utterly let down and disheartened. In the end, not only did I have to bear the unexpected expense of the flat tire repair, but I also had to endure the frustration of dealing with a company that showed a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and loyalty. My experience with Hertz Car Rental has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their business to a company that values profits over customer care. I always sent them and Malcolm would never respond. He would wait until after 60 days to respond about any tolls and then say that since 60 days is up the tolls fall on me. His company left me with $10,000+ in tolls, parking tickets and speeding tickets that all fell back on me. Secondly, the car was severely damaged under possession of company. I had to pay $3,800 to fix body damage and tires that when I got the car back because it was absolutely beat. He originally agreed to pay the repairs and has since told me he will not pay - proof he said he will pay below. He will take your car run it into the ground and refuse responsibility. Also added photo below of the $10,000+ in tolls and tickets I received while car was with Malcolm. Will be patiently waiting your response where you assume no responsibility, as you have done in every review.

Brian, our attendant, did a fabulous job at explaining every aspect of the rental, ensuring that we were 100% satisfied, and got us on the road in a very quick time frame. Upon returning the rental, Brian was just as quick and  professional from pickup to drop off. I really enjoy how everything is handled on a tablet. That saves a tremendous amount of time and makes the business transaction cleaner and more accurate. I will continue to do business with this Enterprise location and highly recommend their service.

They do have the best and lowest prices on the rental trucks for moves but beware that you might not get your truck the day of your move. Make sure you have a backup plan. Then they charged me $150 and for a "NO SHOW". I did have to call a million times before getting my refund. So, I would say sometimes you are better off just paying the higher price for the better provider.
