Service was pretty decent and though there were 4 people in front of me, I didn't wait long. Also, the young lady at the counter gave me what I needed in a vehicle, which was a mid-size SUV. The car was great, nicely cleaned and in great working order. Returning was simple; they weren't open, but I took my key inside and dropped it in the box. Hertz don't offer you additional coverage if you just have Basic coverage and will not rent to you if you don't. Long story short Enterprise is the best! Honestly I have heard horror stories in the past however I had a seamless experience with Dollar. Shelly was very patient (I'm not the easiest person to satisfy) and I tend to sometimes be a little hard on my reviews but I can honestly say that I have absolutely NO complaints when it comes to Smart Auto and their staff. My car was financed and I drove out of the lot in approximately 2 hours of arriving but I test drove 2 different vehicles and wasn't sure what I wanted when I first showed up.
