Oh I am so angry right now. First time tried hertz. NEVER AGAIN!! Started trying to call around…read more8:15am. Number given to me by my insurance agency. Called at least 15 times in a 2 hour period. No answer or call failed. Then went on web. No reservation. Called 800 number and waited 20 min for service. Sent me to another 800 number 3 times. Each time I called I had to wait at least 15 minutes. So here I am a body shop where the last 800 number got Hertz on line. Person on line said it would be 20-30 minutes before I could be picked up. This wait wouldn't have had to happen because I tried to give them 1 hour notice without success. It is now 10:54 and I'm still waiting. This BS continues. From 8:15 till who knows. Never had problems with Enterprise. Will resume when I find out how I'm treated at Hertz car rental agency of Boone NC. So far it sucks the big one. Just call me KAREN. Now 1128 and still waiting. Been waiting since 1014 to be picked up. Now 1151 and I tried to call again. Got Hertz on Second time. Stayed he had customers in lobby and would be by in a few minutes. I heard that an hour ago. Finally picked up. Hertz inside hotel lobby. Only one employee. Gave me only car they had, a black Corolla. Same one they picked me and another customer up with. No they did not resanitized.
