The team is always courteous, professional, and focused on getting customers on the road quickly. During my most recent rental, I arrived a few minutes before the branch opened. Elijah welcomed me in early and got everything taken care of so I could stay on schedule for my trip. Their new branch manager, Samuel Hagan, has continued the strong leadership and high standards set by the previous manager who served during the three years I've been using this location. In every city I've visited, Enterprise has set the gold standard--but this branch, in particular, continues to stand out. Steve picked me up at my house and took me to the location to pick up the car so the "We pick you up" applied here. Mannered older man. We found out we had gone to the same high school but different years. Dropping off the car I saw him again and whoops I called him Kevin, my bad. Aaron is very polite and knows what he has been thought to preform his job. He called me the day before my due drop off return and told me the time I needed to bring the car by. He also did my last exchange and we had to go back to Stone Age when paper was a thing due to their system being down that day. They were super busy that day too. Megan is new, sweet and well put together. Learning the basics. I'm sure she'll be a great addition to the team. Jeremy reminds me of this Coronel from a movie I've seen. He is the branch manager. Polite and helpful but missing the needed "we want to make it right" attitude towards the customer. I had to exchanged the cars 3 times unfortunately (Volkswagen Passat (I loved it but had electric issues), Mazda (it would yank the wheel, not the normal "self drive" feature. It took life of its own, Dodge (something mechanical and gas black hole) the last car was a Chevy suv. Good car no problems except I hate the so automatic everything but that's not the rental center's fault. I was as frustrated as he was because of the exchanges, trust me, but to tell me I wouldn't be able to exchange the car again if it had something wrong was a bit of a liability sounding to me. Corde' A was very monotone in a mannered and polite way. I don't think he can see his gift and potentials. Super customer oriented and have the "we want to make it right" attitude. He informed me for next time (hopes to have your business again) where the drop off box for keys was. I was not informed by Joshua about the new drop off time for extra extended return and their hours of operation, yes, I forgot to ask but in my defense, I don't work there. They have bank hours on the weekends, which is strange to me as they are a rental car business and higher travel times usually happen during the weekend but I guess they are not in the airport but they are close enough you would think they would be open. Overall, there is a lot of room for improvement but definitely a good location to get a rental car and have a decent experience.

Got sunburned and was peeling by the time I returned the car. He accused me of smoking in the car because there was debris on the drivers side armrest. He printed me a receipt for the normal rental without the $450 + tax fee, then he took the car around back, and 4 minutes later added the fine. Corporate Avis/Budgett refused to get involved and told me to negotiate with the location. I attempted to work this out with in person with Jamon but he refused, didn't even have the inspection report, proof of extra cleaning fees or time the car was out of service for cleaning, and when he found out I was recording the interaction went and hid behind the wall and refused to talk about resolution.

I had to leave the keys in the drop box. I never received an emailed receipt after 6 days. I called the location office today multiple times and kept being told I would be called back. I finally got a receipt by calling the main Budget number, only to find that I was charged an additional day, a late fee, a gas surcharge fee, and the receipt has the wrong car. I called the location office again and was told I would have to talk to a manager who wasn't there. I have been robbed and cannot get anyone to take this seriously. NO, I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM BUDGET AGAIN! YOU ARE TERRIBLE.
