Over the past three years, the staff has changed, but the quality of service and vehicles has remained consistently excellent. The team is always courteous, professional, and focused on getting customers on the road quickly. During my most recent rental, I arrived a few minutes before the branch opened. Elijah welcomed me in early and got everything taken care of so I could stay on schedule for my trip. Their new branch manager, Samuel Hagan, has continued the strong leadership and high standards set by the previous manager who served during the three years I've been using this location. Josh has been the main contact throughout this rental experience but I have received service from everyone in the location except the guys that have been washing the cars. Joshua needs a bit more of vision in the position he is and what he can learn from the mundane "daly routines" of this position. LEAder = LEArning. Vision. Steve picked me up at my house and took me to the location to pick up the car so the "We pick you up" applied here. Mannered older man. We found out we had gone to the same high school but different years. Dropping off the car I saw him again and whoops I called him Kevin, my bad. Aaron is very polite and knows what he has been thought to preform his job. He called me the day before my due drop off return and told me the time I needed to bring the car by. He also did my last exchange and we had to go back to Stone Age when paper was a thing due to their system being down that day. They were super busy that day too. Megan is new, sweet and well put together. Learning the basics. I'm sure she'll be a great addition to the team. Jeremy reminds me of this Coronel from a movie I've seen. He is the branch manager. Polite and helpful but missing the needed "we want to make it right" attitude towards the customer. I had to exchanged the cars 3 times unfortunately (Volkswagen Passat (I loved it but had electric issues), Mazda (it would yank the wheel, not the normal "self drive" feature. It took life of its own, Dodge (something mechanical and gas black hole) the last car was a Chevy suv. Good car no problems except I hate the so automatic everything but that's not the rental center's fault. I was as frustrated as he was because of the exchanges, trust me, but to tell me I wouldn't be able to exchange the car again if it had something wrong was a bit of a liability sounding to me. Corde' A was very monotone in a mannered and polite way. I don't think he can see his gift and potentials. Super customer oriented and have the "we want to make it right" attitude. He informed me for next time (hopes to have your business again) where the drop off box for keys was. I was not informed by Joshua about the new drop off time for extra extended return and their hours of operation, yes, I forgot to ask but in my defense, I don't work there. They have bank hours on the weekends, which is strange to me as they are a rental car business and higher travel times usually happen during the weekend but I guess they are not in the airport but they are close enough you would think they would be open. Overall, there is a lot of room for improvement but definitely a good location to get a rental car and have a decent experience. read more

Had a great experience here when our car was in the shop. My insurance did cover the rental cost, but the staff here was amazingly helpful and very thorough. Everything was explained from the mileage limit, where to take the car in case of a flat, and what to do if we needed the car longer than agreed upon time. Pickup and drop off were a breeze and both only took about 10-minutes each. If you need a rental for family visiting or just need an extra set of wheels for a few days, I would highly recommend this location! read more

I was a loyal Enterprise customer until now. I flew into Nashville, the evening of 7/15. I arrived at the Enterprise location in the garage around midnight. They had my reservation and everything looked good. They asked for my credit card and drivers license. On my license my first name is Donald. On my credit card, I use Don. Because both names are not an exact match, I was told they could not give me a car. I took an Uber for $75 to my hotel. Next morning another Uber to the airport and picked up a rental from Avis. No problems. I understand that fraud is an issue. However, if your name is not an exact match, avoid Enterprise. My credit card has been the same for 30 years. In fact, I rented a car from Enterprise the week earlier in San Antonio. I have over 4,000 points on Enterprise. Worthless to me now. No, I am not changing my credit card for Enterprise. It's much easier to take my business elsewhere. Lastly, I called their Customer Service this morning to advise them. They were understanding but could do nothing for me for future travel, other than let me know their policy. My new policy is anybody but Enterprise. read more

This is my first time with Enterprise and even though this rental was through an insurance company Nick was extremely helpful. He called beforehand to let me know of the process and once there he was very eager to help me out and it was an ease. Once I had the rental for 24 hrs Nick called to check up on me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the rental. Drop off was an ease as well. Very happy read more

Worst customer service. My rental car from airport broke down and I was sent to 10945 Lebanon Rd in Mt Juliet location. Denzel Armstrong, the branch manager, said their branch is on a different system and I need to go back to airport. Problem is I am out of town with no car to go anywhere. Chloe and staff are absolutely amazing!! Whatever has been said possibly before must have been with a different manager. We had a handful of issues at different enterprise locations and now twice within 1 week Chloe and staff came to the rescue. We had a major issue with the Nashville airport and Chloe went above and beyond to make our experience to be great as it always has been. Not only did she just solve this problem, ironically we had a break down in our own personal vehicle and she had someone pick us up as we were truly stranded. This branch always has issues. I'm in rentals 2-3 times a month and would love to eliminate the need to go to the airport however after 4-5 visits where there is always some problem (OFTEN out of cars, just getting them cleaned up, short staffed, systems down, lost keys, etc) I now just expect to wait at least a half hour every time I come and I expect to be disappointed with whatever "last" or "just cleaned" car they find. The staff is nice but constantly says that the "company" doesn't let them do that when you request any type of solve. I should just keep hitting National (their better sister) at the airport but I'm sure in a month or two I'll try again and I'll again wonder why. read more

The employees at this branch are quick to help you, or at least to acknowledge your presence as you wait to get your rental. I have used this Enterprise location several times over the years with minimal problems. Most of the cars I have rented have been clean, however, there was one time that I got a car that had dog hair all over the back seat, so I had to spend even more time there getting the problem addressed. Renting a car because one is in the shop. Called to reserve the car; I was told the other insurance company is paying for one similar to our Corolla. He offered a corolla, a Nissan sentra or a Hyundai. I told him corolla. Get there and they only had a ford econo something. The so called manager, interrupted my appointment twice, to work with customers who came in later. I walked back in and said are we done? The worker had just finished washing the car. (why was it not ready) Manager then said he needed a deposit. Car is a total piece of crap. Idling is wrong, so it wants to die, every time you stop. It rides like a dump truck. Pitiful customer service. I would wonder how this guy became a manager, but it was not difficult to figure that part out. Will never return. read more

Do not rent from this location. We dealt with three different people in an hour trying to rent my reservation. No one knew what was going on, and they kept us standing out in the cold. Then they threw two surprises on us since we were using a debit card. I will never use Enterprise again!! Because of them I was two hours late to work. read more

Very unhappy with this company. The associate on duty was not to blame, as he's only the messenger. We had reserved a rental online for 9am,Saturday morning. We got there on time with a large line and only one employee on duty. Each checkout took 20 minutes putting us an hour behind schedule before we got to the head of the line. Finally, we were told that despite our reservation we'd need to provide them with a utility bill, credit check, and several references on top of the rental fee and $150 deposit. None of this was told to us before hand. This business model is horrendous. I'm a regular frequent renter from Hertz on the other side of town and only chose Enterprise because Hertz isn't open on Saturday. I will never even consider renting from Enterprise again. read more

The main issue with this location is the limited staff. But they were all very accommodating. the guy that picked me up was very pleasant (we had a fairly lengthy drive) and the guy that took care of my reservation did everything in his power to be sure I was happy. They were completely out of small cars and offered me a minivan, to which I was not at all pleased, but there wasn't much I could do since my car was already at the repair shop. Although I didn't verbalize it, he could tell I was not happy about driving it, so he took a little extra time (that he really didn't have) to find me something that I WAS happy with! Unfortunalty I can't leave no stars at all. This place is a joke... The manager Patricia is a joke, let me tell you my story. I was in a accident that was no fault of my own and had to get a rental from Enterprise Rental car on Lebanon Road in Mt. Juliet, TN. I was picked up by this very nice employee *can't remember his name* and was told since I upgraded I would have to do a deposit which I was ok with, $50.00 which was to cover my taxes and I would pay the rest when I had completed however long I needed my rental, which I was totally ok with. I was charged the $50.00 that day and then a couple of days later my rental was going to be extended by the insurance company, although they may be done before then but Enterprise wasted no time to go ahead and charge my card all the away through the extension without seeing if my damage would be done sooner, which let me add the employee that picked me up told me I wouldn't be charged til after I dropped it off due to early completion of my vehicle. When I called upon being charged, I was talked to like I was just another number by the manager Patricia. She was very ugly and unprofessional with me. She pretty much told me too bad and that her employee was wrong. I should of known the day I picked the up when she was talking about customers to her employees from her office to the one in the front that she was totally unprofessional but I thought she was only joking. If I could give a negative star, I would. I've been working with enterprise all morning. I recently got into a car accident and was referred to enterprise through my insurance company. First off, I called enterprise to make sure all of our ducks were in a row. The said I needed a declaration page proving I was a policy holder. I got that. I called back confirming that I didn't need anything else, much to my surprise they THEN said I needed to call my insurance company again to change the reservation to my name. So I did that. I called for the SEVENTH time, and the woman confirmed I was okay and ready to go. Then another woman rudely said "you can't rent a car because you have a restricted license". My license is labeled restricted because I got it when I was underage, which was a year ago. Don't tell a customer that they're ready to get on the road and get to college classes (for her finals!!!) and then screw them like that. No wonder why you have such horrible reviews. Poor customer service and cancelled weeks long reservation due to random mistake on phone bill. Did not matter that I was lifelong customer, rented Enterprise every year for a road trip and a couple of times every year for business travel. None of that mattered because our phone carrier messed up a bill a month ago. Even charged card, now refund takes days. Their offer of help was for us to call our bank. If I could leave two bad reviews after having two bad experiences, I would do that. A few months ago, my car was wrecked and I needed a rental while mine was in the shop. Called Mt Juliet Enterprise and coordinated with them to pick me up at the body shop. They were about 20 minutes late-no big deal. I was supposed to have a car waiting for me there. Was there close to three hours waiting for the car to be detailed and the paperwork completed. Fast forward to last week. Someone rear ended one of my kids cars. State Farm insurance told my daughter to go to the enterprise office in Mount Juliet and texted her a code to use. My daughter called them before she left to drop her car off at body shop in Lebanon. She received a call from the Enterprise shuttle driver that he was 45 minutes away. 90 minutes later, still no driver. When my daughter called the Mount Juliet location, they told her that they didn't know if she wanted the car or not and that she should have called them. It didn't matter that their driver had called to say he was on his way to pick her up. I used enterprise dozens of times and typically it's an OK experience. Don't know what's going on with the Mount Juliet branch but they are disorganized, rude and unprofessional. read more

At the time I'm writing this, there are only two reviews before me. Each of these are over a year old, and each are very negative. My two most recent experiences were each in May of 2015, so this review covers those two experiences. As you can see from my four-star rating, I had no problems whatsoever with Enterprise of Mount Juliet. The staff there was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I've seen a few customers in line waiting, but I've tended to pick up a car on Saturday morning near closing. Apparently, a lot of other customers wait until the last minute too and can create some backup. I feel fortunate to have a major rental car company just minutes from my house and really appreciate how Enterprise always gets me home once I return my rental. I'd say give this place a chance to earn your business and don't let two negative experiences both submitted on 3/8/2014 deter you from checking this place out. read more

I knew it!! Same day and same experience as Katie. It must be the clerk. I frequently rent from enterprise, so does my wife, my father, and employees of our company. We loved enterprise for how quick and painless it is. Today their clerk left me stranded during a family emergency. I get to the counter to pick up the car and suddenly they need utility bills. To rent a car? Do people carry utility bills normally? Nothing was said during the reservation that this requirement was added. The clerk claims its always been policy. We have all rented multiple times from THIS and other locations, we have all only used bank cards and none of us have ever been asked for anything more than permission to add a deposit. Which is fine. We don't even have utilities in our names since they're all included in rent. I'm in and out of this place all the time renting or dropping people off yet the clerk claims I'm wrong about the policy. There are many car rental places to choose and I urge you to go elsewhere.
