The line for service was out the door when returning so the agent asked for rental returns so I gave her the keys and contract. Next thing I know they didn't record the return until the next day and charged me for nearly $200. I have attempted to have this changed but to no avail. Use another rental company as this is a very dishonest practice. At the very least have a photo or written proof of time and day of return.

We finally got our car after 1.5 hours from the moment we started waiting for the shuttle. The car had been "rinsed" although it wasn't any too clean. It did make it to Savannah, though, so yay. I let the rep know that I would like to reserve a car and that I have multiple free rental rewards on my account and that I would like to redeem one of those to make my way to Savannah. He said he could not help me because he's unable to make reservations and I would have to do it through the app or make a phone call. That was shocking to me but I didn't make a big deal about it and said ok. I kindly asked for the phone number for customer service so they could help me and he couldn't even give me that. The rep said I could Google it. Really National? Do better. Whoever the dude was that you had working on 6/27/2023 at 7AM needs some serious retraining.
