It was very annoying having to go to the 2nd floor to catch the elevator, then go to 3rd floor to pick up husband, to go to the 1st floor. BUT, first thing in the morning there was someone there working on it and he got it repaired before we had to leave.

The gym was fair for a hotel this size with equipment that was in overall good repair. The only issue with the stay was the check-in process, which took way too long given the confirmed reservation. The front desk was a bit of a mess and the third shift person did not seem to be in much of a hurry to do, well much of anything. Outside of that it was a pleasant stay.

The service was lacking; there were not too many people working there. The desk attendant was not friendly either. I saw a spill in the elevator that was not addressed until the next day. One of the beds also had a spring issue: unevenness when sleeping on it. Good thing we were staying only one night. Unlikely we will be going back there again.

We have had no hot water in certain times of the day we are here. The cook top they gave us to cook with sucks. Had to wash the ice buvket to make a salad. Coffee are was not stocked. Coffee maker is dangerous due to the hot water steam at the end. Can only use 1 side at a time with 1 pan. Nothing to use to cook with,ie bowls for microwave. Dirty dishes in dishwasher when we first got the room. To be a Hilton hotel it sucks.

The room was very clean and offered a nice studio suite. Wi-Fi is complimentary and the breakfast is free as well. This is your standard hotel breakfast so I wouldn't expect top notch brunch but it does the trick if your looking to save money and your standards aren't set too high. However, the only complaint I have is that the shower drain smelled rank. After running the shower and the fan it was fine, but initially it was definitely noticeable . Maybe this was a fluke, but otherwise a good hotel. I will come back here again when I do business in Gillette.
