This location has poor customer service and quality cars. Agent was not very helpful and rushy. Got there in the knick of time because she said the doors lock themselves right at 6pm. That was a lie she was just rushing and ready to get off. She did not come and walk around car with me; it was filthy both inside and out. She pulled off before I could even get her attention, rolled her window down and said to just bring it back for a discount. Like really. Truck rides rough and probably has not had a real inspection or tune up. Now a few days before return the tire keeps going low. read more

Use caution when renting here. I was told they did not have the class (size) car that I had pre-reserved and that there would be a $15 charge for the larger car that was available [upcharging for a larger car is against Avis's corporate policy]. That was, I hate to say, a "distortion of the truth". They actually changed my reservation and included "road service" and "personal effects protection"! Watch out for those half dozen places that they ask you to initial! Agent where I turned the car in was most helpful in pointing this out and providing a 800 number to call and get it correccted! read more

Horrible Place to rent a car. They are trying to get their reviews back up but I'm here front and center to tell you how bad this company is. Only rent a car from here if Enterprise is out of cars... I flew in to get my reservation for my car and they said it wasn't available then upgraded me to another more expensive option but charged me. There were so many cars on the lot I didn't believe them. They had me in a pinch and they used it against me. Also there is no partial refund if you early return the vehicle. I returned the car a day early and they said I was out of luck. Very bad company. Check other sites for reviews it's bad. Stay away. Enterprise does everything this company doesn't. read more

I mistakenly made my reservation for the next month when in fact I needed the car for a one-way rental the next day. Rashad was able to help me get me a car when no other rental places had one that I could drive to Tennessee. He throughly explained the cost breakdown and gave his contact info if the charges came out higher than expected. This was the best car rental experience I have had. I had a problem with my personal vehicle and they booked me same day, he upgraded me to an suv since that was what I am used to driving. He worked with me and stayed within my budget. They did not pressure me to add on insurances or packages. The car was clean and new and well maintained. I was very surprised how fast and easy the whole process was. I returned the car a few days early because my vehicle was finished quicker than expected and he still honored the promo for me. The absolute worst customer service! We were in a car accident and needed a rental. They had a minivan. No one else in Marietta had rentals. But I couldn't get to this Avis until Uber picked me up. Can I give 0 stars? The worst customer service. We booked a car then went in to pick it up. The service guy only had one car, just returned and dirty. We asked for a price reduction. He immediately refused to rent to us, and threatened to call the police. Then he wouldn't answer my wife. He said he wanted me, her husband, to talk. How sexist is that? We contacted Avis. Wow is what I will say about this location. I normally rent at Atl airport. I have been using it less often after they combined the car rentals into one facility. I went there a lil before time. The agent was dealing with another customer. She excused herself to that customer and introduced herself and said she would be with me as soon as finished. She asked me my name had my info on the other computer. So as she was finished she had my contract and keys in hand and ready to go to car to check it over. Had a one day reservation for a car, picking up the day before Christmas Eve and returning the next day before 1pm. I made the reservation online a month prior and provided my email address in the res. I get to the agency at my scheduled pick up time and was told that there were no cars available. Huh? But I had a reservation? Was given no explanation other than it was busy and that I could go to the airport location. read more

I rent cars here about 2 to 3 times per month and they are awesome the staff is very conscientious. They are proactive in helping out the customer with any anticipated. They're trustworthy if you leave things in your vehicle there available for you to retrieve them. I can't say enough good things about this location. In fact I go out of my way to go to this location as opposed to one that's closer to me. The cars are always well-maintained and claim for the gas. They're the best. read more

The guys at this location are awesome! I was recently involved in a tragic car accident and these guys made the few weeks I spent with no vehicle the most comfortable 3 weeks of my life. Not only was I offered a courtesy pick up to the office, they also made sure I got home safely when it was time to return the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. read more

I have been renting at this location for the last several years and today was my last straw. First off, I did an online booking, when I went, they charge me extra fee because my wife did not have my last name plus Evett did not tell me before she ran my card, it was after when I asked them she told me. I let that go...when I return the car, I returned it exactly at 6:00 pm and evett took the key and said she will close it in the morning, they did not tell me by doing that they will charge me an extra day. It was only after I receive my receipt the next day I saw the charges. I also saw the charge for an extra $30.00, when I asked the owner Rashad, he said it was for cleaning. Now I have had the car for a week and they expect you to return in new condition. Then Rashad was basically arguing with me why they charge me for an extra day when Evett told me otherwise. I basically paid for an extra day without having the car. Very unfair business practice and sneaky practice. People like this should never own a company if they don't know how to run it. They lie a lot and the owner and employee are not on the same page. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!! read more
