When I arrived, I was assisted by a manager in training whose badge did not show a name, only "manager in training." From the beginning, the interaction felt unprofessional and overly focused on upselling services I did not request. When I declined the upgrades, I was then told I needed a debit card along with additional documents such as utility bills matching my ID and address. I recently moved a few months ago and have not yet updated all of my documents, so I was unable to meet those requirements. While waiting for my Uber to return home to retrieve my debit card, I ultimately decided to cancel the reservation instead. During my time inside, I also observed the same employee using very aggressive and forceful sales tactics with another customer who was foreign. The man repeatedly stated he only wanted what he reserved and told him he didn't like this sales approach he was coming with, yet the employee continued pushing upgrades in a way that felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. He assumed because he was from another country he would say yes to his sales tactic. He came across as rude and dismissive when the customer refused. After leaving, I was able to go to Enterprise Car Rental instead, and they were able to get me into a car quickly at a great price with a much smoother and more professional experience. They were able to verify the utility bills and sent me on my way without a hassle. Overall, the experience at SIXT felt disorganized, overly aggressive with sales tactics, and not customer-focused. Because of this, I will not be renting from SIXT again.

I'm a Presidential Circle member, so I try to use Hertz as much as possible. The airport location frankly has waaaay more options when it comes to vehicles, but it's inconvenient for me to go and the fees are usually higher. Buckhead's fleet has always been consistently pretty good. I've never rented a dirty or old vehicle. They also try their best to give me the best car in the respected class. For now, this is the location I will continue renting from.

No music, no pictures or brochures, no TV; nothing. That in itself is depressing. On top of that, the young man who helped us was very short. Very little eye contact, and huffed and sighed if we asked him extra questions. WTF? Your in customer service, bro. The only reason why I gave it one star was that other, older gentlemen who was working was trying his best to help everyone as quickly and thoroughly as possible and even remembered people who came back. I became very displeased. I knew about PDK Airport for private flights, yet didn't know the Hertz location was open to the public. Once I entered the Airport, I got turned around a little bit. I saw a Gentleman detailing a car in the parking lot who guided me to the location. He also ended up being one of the other employees working the counter...Hey Mr. George. Cee-Cee, the employee at the counter gave me a welcoming smile & stated she'd be right with me while she finished up with other customers. My turn & Cee-Cee got my info, inspected the vehicle (the Nissan Rogue rides nice & is great on gas) & closed me out all within a few minutes. I'll be renting from this location from here on out due to the expedient & highly-rated customer service. PLUS they gave me a car that had been smoked in previously... Once I got to the location, they were very apologetic. But too little too late. Don't give the option to reserve a vehicle you don't have!
