The person returning the vehicle took his time which delayed the transition. It messed up my timeline on my 12 hrs drive to Pittsburgh. The return was fairly quick. After receiving my car (not knowing my card was being charged multiple times) I realized the key remote did not work, I was already informed that there were stains but I wasn't aware of not being able to utilize the trunk. In order to use the trunk you had to pull the gas and trunk level at the same time because obviously something was wrong. Overall it was a disaster. My car was a disaster. I'm still awaiting for my refund and now I may have to get a replacement card because my bank sent me an alert stating Thrifty attempting to take additional funds. I refuse. So they broke the rules of their own policy and kept my money for it...I come they wouldn't unlock the doors they stuck the paper through the door and refuse to come out and talk. I called the cops and of course they know nothing is gonna happen because they have cash money and it's not a criminal matter as the Cobb County police said, well it's theft because he refuse to give my money back the police said it wasn't that it was a dispute. I don't mind filing a claim in small claims court, not a problem but they took the paper work and I needed to file in the courts. While their another guy said they did the exact samething to them and they call the cops anytime they keep your money and have you removed from their property.
