He then proceeded to transfer me to his "supervisor" who's name apparently was also "Sam" 2nd Sam then recorded my voice stating all my information again (2nd red flag) and tried to get me to download an app on my phone called ANYDESK. For those not aware, this is a legitimate app used by scammers to take control of your device. That's were I ended the call. Please do not fall for this and trust your gut feeling. I overlooked several red flags because I thought I was calling a respectable business.

The seats were in fact more comfortable than my car's (a new Civic), and I enjoyed the drive more than normal. Returning the truck went smoothly. Note: Four stars is a lot for me to give. Just because I didn't give it five, doesn't mean there was something wrong. To me, three stars means they did everything well, according to expectation. In fact, Yelp labels it "A-OK." Four stars mean they exceeded my expectations (Yelp's translation: "Yay! I'm a fan."). Five means I cannot think of anything more that they could have done (Yelp: "Woohoo! As good as it gets!"). I guess it was the cost of the insurance that cooled my enthusiasm, insurance that is technically optional but practically necessary. But the overall cost was about the same as U-Haul. It's too bad we interpret anything less than five stars as: something's wrong. It seems most people give five stars for what I would give three stars (everything was fine). Call it "star inflation."

Poor Home Depot guys were desperately trying to get PENSKE to follow through and get the trucks. They had confirmed last night and were told trucks would be here but were not. Home Depot had been trying since 7:30 am at PENSKE opening to get the trucks. I called 800 Penske number and Rep was very nice. Called the Austin office and told truck could be there in 45 mins and would call HD back with a price discount. 30 min later no truck no call. I called again and spoke to another very nice lady who called Austin PENSKE AGAIN. So they do answer the phone in Austin Penske just can't dial out apparently! Discount was applied we are told but 20 min later still no truck. I have made a UHAUL reservation.

I drive my car today to find my back right tire completely BUSTED. I take the car to the shop and I'm told it could only be the possibility's of a nail or just bad luck. NO. My tire is completely ruined because the shop either did not rotate them properly or they were just careless. Or even worse this could've been a manipulative way to get more money out of me and they did it on purpose. I have no way of proving the fact that I know it's the shop's fault and they are trying to make me pay $200 to fix it. If a nail had busted the tire, then it would've only deflated. If I would've hit a curb, then I would've known! My father died last year and passed this car down to me. He made sure it was in perfect condition and I only wanted to continue that coming to this shop yesterday. My tire is completely ruined hours after leaving an auto shop and the shop wants to convince me they had nothing to do with it? Um no. To have the tire ruined by someone and have it blamed on "luck" is just a lie and beyond devastating. I do not recommend bringing your car to this establishment if it's as special as this one is to me.
