The person who waited on me said, well, we have vehicles avaiable but to get your discount, you will have to arrange the rental on line. So I sat on the seating in the office and proceeded to make an on line reservation. The online service said no vehicles available, which I knew there was. I relayed this to the employee working the desk, and she said, nothing I can do about that. Offered absolutely no help at all and could care less if I rented a vehicle. I walked out, went home and signed on to Enterprise on line and within minutes had a car reserved at a lower rate than Avis. When I went to ENTERPRISE to pick the vehicle up, it was quite a different experience. The ENTERPRISE representative was professional, unlike AVIS. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. We will never ever rent for AVIS again. Enterprise is leagues above AVIS. Glad to have had the option to elect ENTERPRISE!

She claims she was shopping for the restroom. She had four bags or five bags as a manager You should not have a job and that was nothing compared to the type of service she gave me she was very disrespectful. We exchanged words because she didn't know her job, I kept asking her if she's going to reimburse the gas money because she made us go fill the tank up after my aunt already prepaid, Michelle the so-called unprofessional manager even made a young boy, followed me to the gas station to tell me that I don't need to put gas anymore, but he was too late because I had already put gas so when I went back inside the store asking her if we were gonna get refunded, she decided to yell and say I already did it. Prior to that I was trying to show her a picture of the gas that it was barely anything that was left for the car to be on full ,I was just trying to show her if I still need to fill it up and she goes who's next behind the line which I didn't understand because me and my aunt were still standing right in the front, so why are you screaming? Can I help the next person you're not done with us so I later found out that she was the manager that's actually very sad and I would complain every day and go up there every day till I don't see her there anymore. I will make sure I follow through with corporate supervisors, and everybody that I can. I don't like people that are disrespectful for absolutely no reason and I also don't like people that don't do their job correctly, like you are shopping during work hours you do not deserve a job. It doesn't matter if you're shopping for Avis you don't leave the store. I watched somebody came and left. She had an orange shirt on as the camera footage would show that she was upset because nobody was there. Michelle, you are unfit as a manager you do not deserve a job. I will be up there tomorrow with the police to collect the camera footage just know the day you disrespected me was the day you know not to ever disrespect a customer because I will take it the furthest legally she needs to understand they're people that hate rude managers more than anything and I'm one of them.

When I arrived I was told that they had none, but did have a van... Well the van was nasty, not dirty, nasty. It smelled and the carpet was torn up. I refused it and went to the North 45 Enterprise location. A great choice! On my second attempt, I reserved a full size SUV for an 1,600 mile trip. I went to pick the SUV up just before they closed, on the night before I left. They didn't have a full size SUV, but did have a Nissan Rouge.... BTW, I'm 6'5". Also I had to put air in all four tires, three times. Today's attempt, I reserved a full size pickup. When I arrived they had a truck, a dirty truck with tape on the cab where they had replaced the windshield sometime in the past. The tape had been washed over several times and literally could not be removed. When I asked the rep why the truck was dirty, and why was the leftover tape still on, he became full of attitude. I told him that $700 for five days rental on a dirty truck l, that was below presentable, was ridiculous,he had more attitude. I ended up at Enterprise on 45 North. Always a good selection of clean cars. Courteous and fast service. I highly recommend staying away from the Enterprise on Louetta and crossing 45, you'll be much more satisfied.

Location: Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 4674 Louetta Road, Spring, TX…read more I want to start by saying the overall location and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I interacted with a rental representative named Dave during the vehicle walkaround and checkout process. Dave was extremely rude and unprofessional--the kind of attitude that makes you wonder why someone with such poor customer service skills is in a customer-facing role. He was overly aggressive in pushing insurance and add-ons, and his tone throughout the interaction was dismissive and unfriendly. When I mentioned I wanted to prepay for gas, he abruptly told me about a $400 security deposit. I politely declined and told him to cancel the rental altogether because the experience had already gone downhill. To make things worse, when I brought up that I'm a Platinum Member, Dave bluntly told me it "means nothing." I was honestly shocked--I've rented from Enterprise many times, and this was the first time I felt completely disrespected. Enterprise, if you value customer loyalty, I highly suggest retraining Dave on basic customer service and how to treat members with courtesy and respect. A bad attitude can ruin an otherwise great team.

They do offer to clean it again but there is no care, they just spray water so, for those 4 times I have ended cleaning the car myself. Another thing, given they just spray water, the water drys on the car leaving the stains....and the tires and wheels, no care at all. On 2 occasions I have stopped at Walmart to buy wheel and tire shine products. You may say why keep going there, well it's for convenience; I live up the road from there.

Had one of the most upsetting things I've ever experienced from a business here; so upsetting it…read moretook me nearly 4 mos to post this review. Events took place Sept 2022. Had my car repaired at a nearby collision center. My insur company booked a car rental through this Enterprise car location. Car was booked well in advance. I set aside an hour and a half to drop off my car at collision center (it had been evaluated in advance), get picked up by Enterprise (which was less than 2 miles away), and complete the rental process. It should have been simple. It was anything but. I arrived at the collision center and witnessed them place a call to Enterprise to pick me up. Almost 30 mins later, after waiting rather patiently, no one arrived yet to pick me up. So I inquired again with someone at the Collision Center about Enterprise picking me up. They place a 2nd call. Another 20 mins later or so, someone from Enterprise arrives to pick me up. Now I am getting a bit nervous about the delay. I'm a physician and needed to make hospital rounds at a certain time. But I remain calm and patient as I wait in the Enterprise vehicle. The driver waits for a few other passengers that arrived after me. I finally reach the Enterprise about an hour after dropping my car at the collision center. A woman that arrived last at the car collision center enters the line first. She is having trouble finding her drivers license. I mention I am getting late to work, and she politely allows me to go in front of her. I ask if she is sure that is ok, she states, "yes, no problem." This is relevant as it is later used against me by the manager. By the time I get to the service desk, I'm now anxious about how late it has become. I let the person working at the service desk know that I had to wait nearly an hour to be picked up from the Collision Center. At no point in time do I ask to speak to a manager or ask for any other special treatment, but simply expected acknowledgment and perhaps a slight apology for the delay. None of that happened. A man who identified himself as a manager stepped up to the desk on his own and immediately said, "Maybe you're the problem." I'm in shock and ask, "did you really just say that to me?" He says, "Yes, I did. We send a car as soon as the collision center calls us." Now I'm a bit flabbergasted and, yes, a bit angry at the way this "manager" seemed to be going out of his way to be rude to me. I'm a 5 foot 2 inch female in her late 40s. This was a rather large man who was much younger. So I can assure you that he would not and should not have felt threatened in any way by me simply complaining (rather mildly, at that) about being delayed. Well, I argued with him that I saw when the collision center called Enterprise, and that the car to pick me up was not sent soon after that. I do not use inappropriate language nor yell, when I make the argument. And that was it. The manager then told the person at the service desk, "We are not giving her a car rental." And there I was left standing at the rental desk confused and upset. I told the manager, "I'm a doctor. I have patients in the hospital waiting to be seen." He did not care. No, actually what is worse, he seemed to be getting very malicious pleasure out of pulling my car rental out from under me. I spent the next hour or so crying on the curb outside of the car rental place due to how badly I was treated, calling the collision place, calling my husband, and speaking to a very kind fellow customer who witnessed the whole thing. She came out and spoke to me and offered me a ride. I was able to get a ride from the very kind manager at the collision shop, so I declined. Said witness also was able to pass on information about the actual events that transpired to the regional manager, who eventually got involved. I was able to rent a car from the Enterprise location on Louetta with the help of the regional manager. Not one person working at this location tried to help or uttered one decent word during this whole fiasco. My husband got involved and called the manager to inquire why I was being denied a car rental. He lied and told my husband that I was being "aggressive" and cut in line in front of another customer (the customer whom actually insisted I go in front of her). The manager also initially implied to me that the corporate office encouraged him to withhold a car for a customer at his whim (he said he would provide me with their number when I became upset about denial of rental). If you actually need a guarantee that you will be able to rent a car, please don't go here. The Louetta location is much better. If you are a physician or healthcare worker who is on a schedule, don't go here. If you were an essential worker that was drowning in Covid patients during the pandemic while everyone else was on lockdown in their homes, don't go here. The manager will treat you like garbage and lie about it. Most humiliating experience of my life.
