The customer service level was non existent. The agent was on a personal call, never said hello, was extremely dry when providing assistance, and shared that she was working alone multiple times. So my ratings on this particular location has yet again gone down. On 10/6 I posted a review. The review was replied to by Lisa S (business manager) asking me to reach out to them at some email with my contact information and I did so that same day,10/6 and over a week has passed without a reply. To top it off, I was also later charged with a fuel charge when I have video of both pick up and drop of of the fuel AND a receipt showing the gas purchase with location, date and time stamp of just a few minutes prior to dropping the vehicle back off. I did call them about this and they did refund me that part but goodness, please pay more attention to detail and at least have the courtesy to reply when you ask a customer to email you. read more

they gave me a car with an empty gas tank that was on the verge of death. The woman at the desk explained that they had overfilled the oil because it burns oil. It barely made the three miles home hitting 4k rpm going 35, i was afraid to go faster. I went to Enterprise to pick up a rental car due to a car getting flooded and we were immediately greeted by Xavier and the staff! We pre-checked in online which was great. Poor service. I recently ordered a Chevy Tahoe, when I shows up they told me there was no Tahoe. I had to take a minivan with a metro sticker on it or a Durango. I did my part but this company did not hold up their end of the bargain. My trip to Oklahoma was ruined. I paid what they asked even though I didn't get what I wanted. I turned the car in then got billed a month later. With no explanation of what happened or why. Stay away from this location and book elsewhere. They will definitely screw you over if they get the chance. I tried to talk to multiple people to get my issue handled but I kept getting the runaround. I even called corporate and both was done just got a big ass bill on my credit card lesson learned. Thank you enterprise great job screwing me over and taking my money. read more

I up having a car picked out for me due to it being in the insurance coverage. The car came with the smell of heavy cigarette smoke a burned cigarette hole in the seat and a chip in the windshield that blinded me every time I would have the sun's direction. Not to mention the car had 0 tint with this hot Texas heat and the ac could barely keep the inside somewhat cool. All around not a good experience. read more

Judging from my experience and from reading several of the other posts, they don't like to answer the phones at this location. Had car issues yesterday afternoon and I worked with my insurance company to get a rental while my car is in the shop. The insurance company told me someone from this Enterprise location would call to finalize the details of my rental. That was Friday around 3pm. It's now Saturday evening and no one ever called. When I call, no one answers the phone. One time I was on hold for well over 30 minutes and no one ever answered. The location closes at noon on Saturday and is closed on Sunday and I need to get to work on Monday. Now I have to work with my insurer to identify a different location. I've been using Enterprise for years and never had an experience this bad. read more

I waited two hours for the car that I had a reservation for. The employees were using the car to shuttle people to dealerships and body shops. They brought it back then instead of getting me the car they continued to make me wait while they took customers that had arrived after me and shuttle them around. Same problem as the other reviewer who had a "bogus" charge. I was provided a rental in April 2017 from Tomball Dodge, Enterprise took a credit card number "just to hold", and on May 11 they charged me $60. I called to ask why and Gavin at the Tomball location said "oh, we are charging customers whatever the dealership didn't pay." Um, Gavin, I think that's kind of illegal. I have my contract, and nowhere does it say "Enterprise can charge whatever they like to your card when they aren't meeting budget for the month." This place obviously has a history of doing this. I had a positive experience. The rental car agency is in a weird location, and is easy to miss. It's also very small. I wouldn't say that it was all that memorable, but for a rental car agency that's likely the best possible outcome. They gave me a ride back to work, which was also nice. read more

We usually have good experiences with Enterprise but the agent that helped us needs more customer service training. She asked us if we want the insurance and we said no. No means no. She kept on pushing the insurance option! How annoying. Then to top it off, good thing we saw that the option was checked before signing. I would like to comment on the excellent customer service, I received from Garrett and Thomas!! There were very few available vehicles, that I felt most comfortable. So, I was personally driven to another location, where I was UPGRADED, at NO EXTRA COST. Of course, who can complain about a fully loaded 2019 Audi A5? I was so impressed with the customer service and car, I am now in the market, interested in purchasing an Audi A5..(smile). So, thanks to all of the great customer service, from Garrett and Thomas!! Picked up a car, realized the tags were not only out of state, but also expired. We called Monday morning. They said they would have a car available by noon and they would call us when it was available for pick up. We had to call them at 1, still no car available. We called again at 3, agent said he would look into it and call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. An hour later, still no call. Called corporate 800 number for road side assistance. Their commercials say "we'll pick you up," so I figured they could send a car and take this one back. Nope, they said call other locations and find one to go turn it in. Why should I have to do this? They also said, any tickets they will pay for, NOT THE POINT. I do not need to get pulled over and be late for work because you put me in a vehicle that is not legal to drive in the state. I got a charge from them claiming I cracked the windshield. Barely drove the car and noted the crack was there as soon as I began to drive the car. I was picked up by an enterprise worker. We did a walk around. The car was a large one and I would have had to crawl on the hood to inspect the windshield under the wipers to be able to see this crack during the walk around. He drove me several miles back to his work. I took over the immediately noticed the crack but thought it was already there. I was also simply asked if I had insurance and I replied yes. There was no explanation of what the difference would be if I took their insurance. I would have done had this been explained to me since I would be out of much less money for damage. That wasn't even given to me as a option. When I was called about the crack I disputed it and asked for pictures to be sent to me. None ever were and the manager here never attempted to contact me again. I attempted to text a few more times asking for the proof of pictures both before I took the car and after. I had required pictures and that they call crack repair specialist as this crack was small and could easily be repaired rather than the windshield replaced. Now there is a bill for a new windshield and a $50 "administrative fee" on top of that with no further contact to me. I'm give a bill and told if I don't pay they'd contact collections. No courtesy. No customer is right. No regard for my claim this was already there. I offered for them to keep the $50 deposit to fix the crack. Now there will be my contacting my lawyer to dispute this further. DON'T USE! I will be writing further reviews anywhere I can. A couple hundred dollars is more important than customers who've used them in the past. Now I won't use again and will advise friends, family, and others not to as well. read more

I have always been a customer of Enterprise but this was my first experience with this particular location. All I can say is "Exceptional Service". I had an unexpected issue with my vehicle and needed an immediate rental to continue my day. After contacting AAA a reservation was set with this location due to it's proximity to my mechanic. I was pleasantly surprised when I was picked up and returned to the location to acquire my rental. Katy Sloyer, the Branch Manager, is the business professional everyone should aspire too. We returned to town on a Sunday. This location is closed on Sunday. We were right in front of the store when a hail storm hit. 'Had liability but not comprehensive (my bad). Enterprise sent me some price-gouged estimate to repair the hail damage. When I contested the amount, Enterprise sent the claim to a collection agency and put me on their "No Rent" list until the installment agreement is paid in full. I'll pay it in full alright, but I will put Enterprise on *my* "No Rent" list. I hope they enjoy the last $1000 dollars I will ever spend with them. read more

I had a long term lease with Enterprise but Toyota Corporation was paying the bill. This particular Enterprise operates out of Fred Haas Toyota on Highway 249. During this time I picked up and returned a car twice over an eight month period. Both times Enterprise gave me a car with no gas (noted on invoice), but of course when I return the car there is gas in the tank as I can't coordinate an empty tank when returning a car. Consider the money Enterprise makes when customers turn in cars with extra gas. I complained but they said since Toyota Corp. was footing the bill there was nothing they could do. I can't say if this is common practice throughout Enterprise Inc. but this is truly a rip off. If you ever rent a car from Enterprise make sure there is a full tank when you pick it up. read more

My elderly mother was given a filthy Nissan Versa with an expired registration sticker AND insurance. She had to point it out to the "manager". She was then told that the car had little gas, and she would have to go get some. Um...excuse me?? Two days later, she was pulled over by a police officer. He had run her plates, and saw that the registration was expired. She pointed out that it was a rental, and they put a new sticker on prior to her leaving with it. He looks at the sticker, and tells her that it belongs to another car! He said that even though it is a rental, he could give her a ticket, because SHE is driving it. He let her go, and told her to go straight to Enterprise to get it straightened out. She did, and was given a much nicer car for the remaining time she needed a rental. Upon turning it in, she asked about being reimbursed for the gas she had to initially pay for. They told her they couldn't do that, but would give her an upgrade for next time. NEXT TIME?!?! Yeah, that won't be happening. Completely unacceptable. I only wish I could give negative stars for this review. read more

One of the shadiest rental car companies in the area. I was told my rate for a small car was 45$/ day, but they somehow magically got me a truck for 38$ a day instead. The vehicle smelled like smoke from the beginning and had scratches. I had declined the insurance for 15$/day. I had accidentally backed into a branch and it broke the back tail light. I reported the incident to Geico and paid my deductible to enterprise. A week later I got a call requesting my deductible that I already paid. About 3 weeks later i received a bill that they sent to my insurance company saying it costed 950$ to repair a back tail light...... Charged over 9 hours of labor to complete a back tail light, admin fees, rental days lost. I don't understand why they would not take a Ford Vehicle to the Ford dealership that I was referred to by.... Moral of the story is I will never rent from Enterprise and I recommend no one else do either. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Due to our car being in an accident, we needed a rental; they had 3 for us to pick from, we thought we had picked the best of the three (not much to be said of any of the choices); we go out this morning to put some things in the back seat to take to our Aunt who is in a nursing home about a hour and a half away, and omg the sickening mess we found: not sure if it's vomit, snot, drool, or food that is smeared on the inside of the back doors and the back seats are completely covered in dirty foot prints!! If this is any indication of how this car has been maintained, there's no way we are taking it on this trip and there's no way we would sit in this back seat much less put our Aunt back there. Now, it is just going to sit in the driveway until we can return it, due to the 4th of July holiday, we're probably stuck with it until Wednesday: had to call the Nursing Home and tell the staff not to prepare my Aunt for her outing today, we have no transportation; so be sure to fully inspect the inside as well as the outside, and no, it's not our responsibility to clean this car, especially when you don't know what nasty stuff you're dealing with.
