I hate doing this but this is the third time I've rented from this location and the car has been absolutely filthy. I've tried speaking with the team about it or finding a manager but no luck. I hope they see this and take it into consideration. I hate putting my family in dirty cars so I end up cleaning it myself. Just unprofessional really. The one in the pictures isn't nearly as bad as the others. The smell is awful, and it feels like they drove through the desert with the windows down and just didn't care to clean it. Dog hair everywhere, a mysterious black sludge it every crevasse. Water stains all over. You can't tell it's dirty when you first get into the car because it's in the parking garage and dark, but as soon as you get outside the sun shows everything. read more

I went into this experience extremely stressed because of all the negative reviews, so my expectations were very low. Surprisingly, the actual process of renting the vehicle was smooth, hassle-free, and easy which I really appreciated. That said, there are some major areas that need improvement. First, the vehicle selection. If I'm choosing a "luxury" option, I don't want to end up with a standard vehicle like a Toyota or Nissan. The website feels a bit misleading it shows a really nice car, but in very small print says "or similar." It comes across as intentional, like customers are being encouraged to pay more without actually receiving what's advertised. More transparency about the exact vehicle (or at least realistic expectations) would go a long way. Second, finding the location was incredibly frustrating. I'm not from Tucson, and navigating the airport to find Avis was a nightmare. When I called customer service, I was repeatedly told "it's at baggage claim," which wasn't helpful at all given that I wasn't familiar with the airport layout. The app directed me to the garage location, but that area is only for "preferred" customers, which made things even more confusing. There needs to be clearer guidance whether that's better instructions, signage, or even a simple map showing exactly where non-preferred customers should go and where to park. This alone would eliminate a lot of stress for customers. Third, customer service was disappointing across the board. The first representative I spoke to on the phone was rude and dismissive. I was already anxious because of the reviews, and instead of providing reassurance, he made the experience more stressful. The second call was also unhelpful. When I finally got to the counter, the in-person experience wasn't any better. The representative made eye contact with me, then walked away without acknowledging me, leaving me waiting for about 10 minutes. When she returned, there was no greeting, no friendliness just a very cold and unwelcoming interaction. Customer service is a huge factor in how people rate their experience. Even if things aren't perfect operationally, friendly and helpful employees can completely change how customers feel. There are plenty of people who would bring a more positive, welcoming attitude to these roles, and that alone could significantly improve ratings. Overall, the experience wasn't as bad as I expected, but the lack of customer service, confusing navigation, and misleading vehicle expectations were major downsides. Final thoughts for Avis: Customer service, transparency, and clearer navigation are key. Renting a car at an airport is already stressful the process should feel supportive and straightforward, not frustrating. The good news is that these are all fixable issues. If Avis actually took the feedback they're consistently receiving and applied it, they could absolutely turn their ratings and overall customer experience around. One major improvement would be providing a clear, simple map of the airport that shows exactly how non-preferred customers (which is the majority of your customer base) can access the Avis location inside. This should include where to park to get as close as possible and how to navigate there step-by-step. Something like this would eliminate confusion, reduce stress, and cut down on a lot of the frustration customers are experiencing. Focusing on better training for customer service, being more transparent about vehicle expectations, and improving navigation guidance would make a huge difference. Right now, it feels harder than it needs to be but with the right changes, this could easily become a much more positive and efficient experience. Cannot return a car from Los Reales. I came in from I-10 east along Los Reales. This is the recommended route that many customers will be using. But it has NO signs to rental car return! Navigation sent me into the exit of the Avis lot. I worked out that I had to exit the airport, keep left to return, and then follow the signage. Most customers would not do that. Communicate how to enter the airport from the east to return a car. read more

It took over an hour to get our reserved vehicle. Perhaps it was due to the fact that the employee was constantly checking her Facebook account and seemed more interested in that than getting customers through the line. Then they didn't have a vehicle for us, which was booked and paid for in June and was a "guaranteed booking." Finally after an hour and a half we got a vehicle. Avis has the worst vehicles at every location. And at smaller airports like SNA and TUS, even customers with member#s and status have to wait in line at a desk to get keys. Avis needs to upgrade their vehicles, their technology and their process. At Hertz I can choose my car without ever having to wait. read more

I called into Avis to ask some questions about my Avis Reward ID because I was having a problem linking it to my preferred airlines rewards program. When I was finally able to get a rep on the phone, she asked me the usual questions to confirm that I was who I said I was; member id, name, email address, phone number number which I was more than willing to do so because we all have to be safe these days when giving out personal details, but since I called them, I was more than willing to do so, plus all this information was a part of my profile, which I had just set up. But then she asked me for my date of birth, which I refused to give her because no where in the profile that I set up with Avis did I provide that information. She told me when I was ready to give them my date of birth I should call back. I explained in no uncertain terms that there was no way I would give her my DOB because there was no way that she could confirm it because it was not a part of my profile, she again told me to call back when I was ready to give my DOB so my identity could be verified. We went back and forth for a few more times, when I did what I hate to do and told her I needed a supervisor. The supervisor came on and was of no assistance, just repeating what she said. He finally told me I would need to speak to customer service because they were the reservation department and that customer service would not be available until Monday. Besides the frustration of being asked for my DOB, it's doubly irritating that I clearly told the rep that I had a question about my Avis Rewards account, yet she went on to attempt to verify me with personal information such as my DOB. I don't understand the point of asking for my DOB when there was NO possible way to confirm it. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Be careful who you provide personal details to. I always choose Avis when I come to Tucson because of the clean vehicles and good customer service. I've had different kind reps help me, but Avian in particular is always friendly with customers and does what she can to make sure that customers have a positive experience when renting a car with Avis at this location. It's very refreshing to have good customer service, especially after being treated poorly with other rental car companies. Give her a raise!! My suggestion is to make the lost and found accessible on weekends. I was a tad frustrated since I left my small bag in the car on Saturday. I went all the way back to the location to get it back and was told by one of the staff that I needed to come back Monday-Friday before 1pm to get it back or can file a claim. I understand that there are loss prevention measures taken to protect customer's items and that it's on me for not checking the car thoroughly, but it really shouldn't be difficult to go retrieve an item from their lost and found. Aside from that, the vehicles I've rented were always clean! I've rented with other companies and it's always a hit or miss. With this location in particular, the cleanliness is consistent. Had a reservation for 12pm but I took an earlier flight and was there around 10:30am. The lady at the counter tells me that I have to wait to 12pm for my reservation. That she does not have a car for me. I said ok and made another reservation on their app for 10:45am. The reservation was confirmed and I had a new reservation number. The lady saw me at the line again and still told me that she didn't have a car for me even after I showed her the new reservation at the time that we were talking. She got all agitated and told me that "it doesn't work like that" and that there still was no car available for me. She obviously hates her job and I didn't want to cause a scene so I left. We had a reservation and we are preferred members... we waited 45 minutes at the preferred desk, only to get into the vehicle and the entire connect system ( nav and music) wasn't functioning. They bring another vehicle where the woman delivering the 2 nd car checks the first car and discovered the nav system wasn't turned on ... easy fix but the rep in the office should have known this An hour later, off we go only to deal with 2 tires low on pressure per indicator, 3 trips to Firestone ( they were great) to discover one has a puncture thus losing air. Today a trip to the airport to exchange vehicles . Poor attention to detail, poor customer service , interrupted our Tucson stay. Take your business elsewhere ! read more

I had to stop here due to an accident that happened while traveling to Tucson. I was fearful as I hadn't accepted their insurance plan, and wasn't sure the next steps. Amy was super sweet and extremely helpful in coming up with the best options for me. I was able to exchange out the vehicle after filing an incident and was back on the road in under an hour which was awesome. What could have been an extremely stressful and trip ruining experience, turned out to be a much better encounter and that was greatly due to Amy! So thank you Amy for such great service! read more

Avis is a complete rip-off!!!!! We reserved a Tesla electric car for 3 days. When we got there, they gave us a Ford. Electric car, mind you. We had to pay every time we charged the vehicle which ended up being an additional $268.00 on top of the $360 rental fee. What's the point of renting an electric car, When you have to pay to charge it? We could have rented a car for $120 cheaper and then paid the gas and still saved money. I will never return to Avis again. I will continue to go with Enterprise car rental. It was unfortunate Enterprise was all sold out. When I called to complain, they basically shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing that they could do. Your customer service sucks Avis. We WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! read more

This location is horrible, be forewarned. I arrived on a Friday evening and was following the directions to just go to the counter and pick up keys. I was asked to put my card in a reader that had a blank screen so the could bill me an extra $200. I questioned this and was told by one person it was if the vehicle was damaged (I had full coverage applied from Avis which would cover this). The other said it was Avis policy. I rent from Avis routinely and just walk to the car with no stop to be up charged 200. I was given attitude when I asked to see the terms and conditions (particularly what criteria needed to be met to get the $200 back). I used an Amex and figured I would just deal with them if issues. I get to my car and it absolutely reeks of cigarette smoke, marijuana, and detergent. I am not renting a vehicle that smells like marijuana. Second vehicle smells of smoke and detergent and had several areas of damage. I ask to have the damage documented as well as the smell as I am sure this is what the $200 would be applied to. Folks didn't appear to be sure of the steps to take and had several discussions with the Dollar rent a car rep. They indicated I was being difficult. Yep, I DO document damage and I DO question blank screens where I am told to put a card in for added charges not part of the agreed fees. Sorry you don't like that. Drove 0.8 miles to my hotel, slept, and went outside to find the car was gone. Logically, I thought the car was stolen. I called the police who said they needed Avis to trigger the report. Avis said they needed the report before they could do anything. I am in tears, no one will help. Tucson police agreed to start the initial report and have me go back to the location to complete it. (Police were great!). I lost belongings that I left in the car (stuff like charging cords), had to pay out of my own pocket for an Uber. Get in line to very be very sorry about a car under my care being stolen...and the police call...car wasn't stolen it was repossessed by Avis. Rightfully, I became angry. I get to the agent who accuses me of illegally parking resulting in a tow. Entire time he is looking at a screen and is rushing to get me out of the location...which tells me he could see it was repo'd. If it was towed he would have had me pay for the tow, right?!? I get a decent car and head out after losing a large portion of a vacation day. Meanwhile I am calling Avis because my rental charges keep increasing. Corporate continues to accuse of illegal parking, location continues to accuse of illegal parking. I go back to the hotel and they confirm my spot was fine and that they did not order a tow. I call the repo firm and they indicate they don't tow, they only repo at Avis's request. Police take in all the information and confirm a repo, not a tow. I have been dealing with this for two weeks and they have only just now agreed to remove $200 plus taxes for over 12 hours of follow up and aggravation. And when they did that the raised the charges again for no reason! They only agreed to refund anything after I got a reporter involved. Station attendants are inept, as they must have forgotten to remove a repo order when renting out a car. We will never know the truth as they refuse to explain what happened, recently they have now apologized (only after I had documentation from the police, repo firm ARS, and the hotel). They used the cars tracking function to locate it and tow almost immediately. The repo could only have been done with Avis' help! Be very wary!!! read more

Be warned!! They will try to add on a fuel charge! Check your receipt! I filled up within 5 miles of the airport, had my receipt with me just like I was instructed. I asked the guy checking me in if he needed it and he said "no". Just happened to check my emailed check in receipt and they charged me for gas!!! I called and the rep didn't seem too concerned. I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back and 48 hours to even get any sort of confirmation. I have a feeling this is a normal thing and people just don't notice. And trying to get some help! Useless! They keep sending you in a circle. Email customer service they tell you to talk to where you picked the car up and guess what they tell you at the location? You guessed "oh you have to speak to customer service. There was old food, looked like cigarette burns the seats were solid and stained. Between the seats had old candy that had melted, crumbs everywhere and ketchup packets. Even the return agent commented on the smell of the car. And last when I rented it I the car said it needed service when I brought it to the agents attention he asked me to reset it!! David at Avis is the most helpful customer service representative I've ever talked to while trying to rent a car. I called 3 different rental locations in the area and they hardly tried to accommodate me when everything was booked out for the weekend. He was able to get me a reasonable rate at a location you can walk to from the airport. He went above and beyond. I tried to stay on the phone to give him amazing ratings for his help, but my phone cut out last minute sadly! It's hard to find employees at any business anymore who go out of their way to serve customers so well. If I could add extra stars I would! When arriving to check out a vehicle the service desk agent would disappear for 5 or more minutes without letting any of the customers in the line know what was going on, they only had 1 service desk agent working the desk. Very disorganized, after waiting for an hour the service desk agent informed everyone that it was going to be an hour and a half before I was going to possibly get a car, I've had a reservation booked directly through Avis for a week I was on a business trip and had to take an Uber to get to my destination on time for my visit. I wish I could give a zero because they were the worst. I reserved a "standard elite SUV", Chevy Traverse or equivalent for 4 days two weeks ago for $871. The pickup time was 10am at the airport and we got there at 10:15. The counter lady told me it would be two hours. I told her I didn't have two hours and she left spoke with the other lady at the counter then left. I asked that lady whether she was dealing with our car and she said they had overbooked the day before and were trying to catch up. 10 minutes later the first lady came back and said she got us a Kia Carnaval, a minivan. I said a minivan wouldn't work for us and told her I had found a Buick Enclave the day before at another Avis and asked if we could see if that was still available. (I had found it the day before after being unable to confirm with a human that the car we reserved was available.) She said yes, but that we would have to call management to get a refund as it was a franchise. The guy at Avis on Valencia quoted me the same price and that they weren't open on Sunday but that he wouldn't charge me extra for the Monday morning return. We arrived there 10 minutes later and he told us it would be $1500 if we didn't return it Sunday and said he never said he would waive the extra cost for returning it Monday morning. (I'm guessing the airport lady called him or he just thought I was desperate.) I lost my temper, left without a car, drove my small SUV to Van Horn TX where half our plans weren't possible because we didn't have an appropriate car for our guide and guests on an arrowhead hunt. Now I have to contest with the bank because the only thing I've received from Avis is a daily ad to book another car with them. Don't do it. read more

Hopefully this will be my last time ever renting from Avis. This visit was for personal reasons and not business. I used the "points" I'd accumulated over the past 20 years for a 2 day rental (BTW, almost all my points are now gone). I'm not sure how their points system works vs the 50+ rentals I have per year, but it doesn't seem to be a very rewarding program. Avis is probably best known for low cost, but many hidden charges. So I prepaid for my taxes of $20.59 back in August for an October rental which cost 4400 points for 2 days. The day before my rental, I'm notified that $100 is charged to my AMEX account. Yes--- this is just a pre-charge authorization which will be taken off after the rental. When I arrive, my contract states I will be charged $64.99 for the 2 days plus the tax which I'd already paid. I'm guessing that Avis may be a franchise business since the people there mentioned they didn't know how the points system and free rentals worked. They advised that I call Avis if the charge remained after the car was returned. The car I received was a Hyundai Elantra with scratches on the front bumper and side door. I returned the car within the 2 day rental period with a full tank of gas. The receipt showed that I was charged $64.99 for the rental and $4.95 for fuel. The attendant wrote that the tank was full in order to get the refund. The local associate was able to get the $64.99 removed from the account, but couldn't remove the fuel charge. I was charge for 0.4 gallons of fuel at $9.99/gallon plus taxes. I needed to call Avis directly for the charge. After spending over 20 minutes with them, they asked that I send proof of paying for the fuel which I did. Only then did they refund the $4.95--- 1 week later. Was it worth it? I was unable to get a rental car at the airport because my reservation was taken by their service not in TUCSON. They were unable to tell me how to find the location and even when I finally found it, the employees had to advise me that any car rental requires a major credit card I forgot to bring. I did not get a car after driving 1 1/2 hours to get there. I will never go back again. read more

This review is for the lost & found department at the Avis Airport location. In a rush to catch my flight I somehow left my Ray-ban sunglasses behind at the rental car. I filed a claim and considered them lost after not hearing back for almost a month. Last week I got an email regarding the claim that I filed and it turns out my sunglasses were turned in. I thought it was too good to be true, so I claimed them and paid the $30 shipping fee to have them delivered to my home. Sure enough my sunglasses were returned and delivered to me in their case and cleaning cloth. The glasses are in new condition as I've kept great care of them. Anyone could've pocketed them, but I'm happy the team was able to return them back to me. Thank you Avis team!! I do have to add the phone system is awful. I managed to submit a claim online, don't call. They won't answer and the automatic options don't lead you to a functioning voicemail, so good luck getting a live agent on the phone! read more

After the following incident took place I was inclined to research this company, ok so I do it and I find out that Avis and Budget are the same company, needless to say I am writing this because, to put it mildly, I do not, in any way recommend them. Here's how it all started... My car was in the shop getting some work done, and the enterprise across the street was closed.. Up to this point id been dealing with profressionals and great customer service, Precision Toyota is excellent, they make the best out of the sucky situation that took you there, free snacks polite people, free shuttle sometimes a free rental, awesome.. So the dealership shuttles me to the airport where I had found that a rental place was still open and had decent prices, so I rent a car from there. First of all before i got there, I select a smaller car because I like to go for good gas mileage. When I get there they have me in, what I can only describe as a boxily inelegant monstrosity which, for some reason, im not sure if its the trauma of the whole series of events, in which ive subconsciously blocked the name of the wierd transmission peice of clunk, anyways it wasnt good on gas.. Somehow I make it through the next day.. Check my messages after work news comes in.. cars done early.. So i pick up the phone and call them to inquire about the possibility of returning the car a day early.. They look up my information and say that it would be fine and they will deduct the day from the total. When i get there I speak to the man who was standing in front of where the cars are returned who usually signs you in. I make sure, slowly.... to clearly.. tell him about the phone call and what was stated BEFORE I turned the vehicle in I said to him that I am DOUBLE checking to make it sure, and that i would just keep it an extra day if they were wrong on the phone.. he said in rather blank manner, ok , and then scans the thing.... I look down and see that he proceeded to charge me the full price anyways((DUDE are you an MKUltra victim,at best you totally just autopiloted hard))he said they could correct it inside.. So now they've got me walking into this store... Great , im already a half hour extra in my hour commute home.. I go inside.. .............. ........ ... ..... .....after waiting 20 minutes with one person in front of me i talk to the lady... The whole time were talking she is looking for technicalities to get out of refundung the charge, I explain on the phone they said they checked it and said it would be removed i made it clear that I would only go a half hour out of my commute if this was the case. We had a long reiteration of the events and she refused to honor the company to care about their word or customer I told her how I asked the man outside before he scanned it because I told him, if it does not I will keep this.He scans it, and it does not deduct the day. She did not care, we stood there awkwardly in a standoff for several minutes saying nothing, I meditated upon the frustration and exerted my will into the ether all to no avail, they had gotten to her to, obviously another soulless victim of the system.. To the company, I called you, i have it on record and i have the evidence of what you said you run a bad business your company sucks if your willing to lie in that manner just to get the car back early and double dip renting it again and charging me for it, i will never use you or avis ever again. Other companies were not like this. Enterprise is a good company even the cheap vehicles are better than both the vehicle I had and the selection. Enterprise also honors their word and goes above and beyond in customer service, and they always let me return it early no problem and will many times even let me upgrade for free. After all that and another several minutes i said to the woman..well if im paying i will keep the car like i told the man .. She replies, yeah..so.. he already... scanned it .. so no... They could have voided that but they chose not to, because they already had the money and they dont care about the customer or the word of people who represent them e.g. their image.. I am sure that if i was one of their friends they could easily have voided it.. Look whoever owns these companies both avis and budget clearly is a psychopath..this company is not hes baby its his cash cow and he is just milking it to death, its like those bloody nippled cows , who are milked until they no longer can produce and then stabbed through the heart divided up and throughly consumed, afterwords becoming a pile of crap both these companies have a crap mindset and are going down the drain. read more

Can I give negative stars?? I'm a faithful & I thought valued Avis member but after my recent rental car experience @ the airport, I have to reconsider continuing my business with this company. The staff working on 1/3/2021 around 5:45pm were & are horrible at their job descriptions. I was ignored, overlooked and disregarded during my rental car return process. The outside Boothe closed more than 20 minutes early and when I attemptedto speak with the man inside it, he just ignored me after looking into my face. I had to track the mileage and fuel levels for the staff. Inside the lady at the counter didn't acknowledge or address me after waiting for sometime, until new customers said something to her about me being there before them. I've been a loyal and "preferred" member of Avis for years and this was the first time in a long time I have not wanted to return. The quality of staff and lack of knowledge from them has become embarrassing to its Tucson clientele. We as customers choose to patronize businesses. FWIW - the woman who we checked in with, Fran, WAS such a NICE person. We really liked her -she was professional and friendly. Just the rental PROCESS and how Avis handles everything is unacceptable. Here's what happened: 1. My reservation for a COMPACT car was not available. I was given a CAMARO - which was not only NOT clean when we were given the keys (It was the ONLY car available, despite having a reservation for a COMPACT, so we had to take it) - it was very dusty, scratches EVERYWHERE (couldn't see them until later, I took photos just in case there was any question about the condition of the car) - but also: the gas was NOT full - it was 2 tick marks away from the F on the indicator - and I RETURNED WITH A FULL TANK and now CHARGED to refill it after check in? Even so I told them AT CHECKOUT what the deal was?? No. Just NO. The gauge was at FULL when I drove into the airport. 2. The car had TERRIBLE visibility because it was a sports car (again, not what we wanted, but no choice to have a different car) - AND - I and my daughter have MULTIPLE bruises from getting in and out of the Camaro based on a design flaw on both the driver and passenger side of the car. 3. Avis as a company is the largest scam I've ever encountered. The customer service representatives on the phone are rude, evasive, and hang up on you. The service counter at the airport location literally has a phone that is disconnected. The employee couldn't figure out basic functions of his job. He messed up the return time for my reservation which cost me over $300 in additional charges. I paid $633.24 for a rental that lasted 22 hours. I had a vehicle for 22 hours and traveled far enough for a time zone change. When I picked up the vehicle for my trip I advised Armando (Avis desk clerk) that they needed to accommodate the time change to book it for a proper 24 hour day. He advised everything was done and we were good to go for the time we requested. Come to find out, he shortened our reservation and reserved the vehicle for us for 18 HOURS AND OUR TRIP WAS A 20-HOUR DRIVE. Due to this employee mistake, we went over the initial booking time frame of 18 hours (which they still charged us a full 24-hour price for), and drove the full 22 hours that we'd tried to accommodate for in the first place (by adding hours to the reservation to the beginning -or so we thought). By going over the wrongfully booked time frame we were charged TWICE THE ORIGINAL PRICE. Even though it was still less than 24 hours. We called and called and spent nearly two hours on the phone with customer service. The first one was rude, yelled at me, said there were no supervisors and that he would transfer me to someone who could help - HE HUNG UP. After a few more calls they volleyed the responsibility on the Tucson Airport location. The phone line is disconnected. I reached other rental offices at this location and requested they deliver a message to call me. All which were ignored by the representatives at the Avis and Budget counter (Avis and Budget are the same company. The budget phone number also does not work). I spoke with everyone I could. I notified them that I'm an active duty service member on PCS orders and how this gross clerical error would impact my family (FYI, Avis does not participate in government rates or waivers). In the end they got what they wanted. I will never use this company again and I will urge everyone I know not to. I'm contacting the BBB and posting to every social media platform of the scam this company is. Enterprise is the only rental car service I will use from now on. They are flexible, accommodating, and support active duty, veterans and their family members. Never had a bad experience. read more

Worst customer service ever. Our flight came early and hoping we could get the car, however the lady told us we have to wait until the reservation time. We waited 3 hours and upon the time to get the car, we were told the car wasn't even ready yet, and offered us a much more expensive car 3x the price of what we have reserved. If I could give it no stars I would. My advice, go to enterprise, national or even Hertz. Just don't go to Avis and budget rentals. read more

Avis is the worst rental car company at the Tucson airport. Stood in line for over an hour before reaching the counter when there was only 3 groups ahead of me. There was only one person helping the front despite being a partner with budget who had over 3. The man helping the front would disappear for over 10 minutes at a time doing who knows what. DO NOT USE AVIS. I paid $2,400 for a 4 day full size SUV rental. That's expensive, but okay, I decided to go for it. 3 weeks later I get a credit card statement with an additional $3,400 on it. They never approved this charge with me, I was never made to sign anything or even given anything that told me about this charge. They refuse to refund the $3,400 so I paid $5,800 for a 4 and a half day rental. You can't say it's $2,400 and then once the car is returned in perfect condition then more than double the charge after it's all said and done. They said this was for an upgrade. First and last time renting from Avis. Impossible to reach them by phone at the Tucson Airport to find out if they would stay open for a late arriving flight. They did wait for the plane, but I was told they didn't always wait. I returned the car after refueling and apparently the gas clicked off before being entirely full. It was a small vehicle and the fuel gage read slightly under full, but the refueling charge added $31 to my bill. No other rent-a-car company has ever charged me such a ridiculous refueling charge for what couldn't have been more than a gallon or two of gas. The return agent was rude when I questioned the charge. read more
