I had no idea what this dentist even look like who was interrupting me when I was trying to give my dental history. I felt like this dental History was an important fact before prescribing anything to be put in my mouth. But no, this dentist who is extremely rude didn't introduce himself face-to-face did not make eye contact for a first time patient, just went into his procedural recitation of an invasive procedure involving chemicals, and analgesic, which I have also had allergic reactions too. In addition to him, the front desk girl was rude. When no, I did not have the paperwork filled out prior to my visit that's why I was there 15 minutes ahead of time. Sorry for the inconvenience of not having it filled out. But I had another emergency three days ago that this was not on my priority list. When I explained that emergency to her, she gruffly handed me an iPad to complete it without an empathetic. I'm so sorry for what you incurred three days ago that prevented you from filling out her paperwork. Empathy, care, listening, skills, body, language, eye contact, are not characteristics at this dental office. If you're looking for those type of characteristics look elsewhere.
