I told him I needed someone to take me to doctor's and help clean house. He brought a nice woman named Susan to help me. He wanted to know the days and hours I needed her and I gave them to him. He didn't tell me she had to stay four hours and she had to call him immediately after leaving and she was required to report what happened here. Twice I told her to leave early because I was sick and needed to be alone. She reported this to Benjamin Sawyer and he took my hours and days away from me without my knowledge. I called telling him I was upset over this. He threw it up to me that they weren't a taxi service. I said I told you in the beginning what I needed and you went along with it. I texted him I was still upset that Susan gave him a bad report. He texted me he wanted no more messages about being upset. I called him this morning and his wife answered. I tried to tell her there was a communication problem. I told him I liked Susan who he sent to help me and said I hope you all pay her for her mileage and he told me that was no concern of mine. The last call he said, "No wonder you're by yourself, Susan isn't coming back." This was when I tied in with him calling him a few choice words. Don't call him for help is my advice.

I stopped by MUSE Apartments today while apartment hunting and wanted to share my experience…read more First, I have to highlight the office staff--Deneigha was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had to reschedule my tour a few times, and they were very accommodating each time, which I really appreciated. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. One thing that really stood out is how community-focused this property is. When I arrived, they were hosting a monthly birthday celebration for residents in the community room, complete with a live DJ and a great turnout. I was also told they host holiday parties and other events, so it's clear they put effort into creating a strong sense of community. The property itself was clean, well-kept, and felt very welcoming. It's also a secured building, which is definitely a plus. They're dog-friendly as well, which is always something I look for. For me personally, the apartment layout just wasn't the right fit. I'm currently looking for a two-bedroom with a balcony or patio, and this community doesn't offer those features. The layout also has more of an interior hallway setup, which gave me a bit of a hotel-style feel--just a personal preference thing. There are also no in-unit washer and dryer hookups, though there is a laundry center on each floor. I will say, I really appreciated that Deneigha went above and beyond by recommending other communities in the area that might better match what I'm looking for. That level of honesty and helpfulness really stood out to me. Overall, while it wasn't the right fit for me and my pup, Lexi, I can absolutely see this being a great option for someone looking for a clean, secure, and very community-driven environment. Sorry I didn't think I was gonna be riding with you so I didn't take photos epic fail, but if you go to their website, you can find beautiful photos on their website

We were part of the first group of tenants to move in, and it was an easy process. Right now there are a few hiccups that you may encounter here because the site is still under construction, mainly the noise during the day. But on to the good stuff. This place is really nice, and located in the mix of Town Center Virginia Beach. It is really close to everything, all the restaurants are a 5 minute walk from our complex here. They have a community center with coffee, snacks, a big tv, couches, a pool table, and so much more. The pool is salt water, although it is pretty cold for that right now. They have two common areas with fake grass, lawn chairs, corn hole, you name it, a great place to entertain guests. There is a temporary bbq pit, with an even bigger one set to open here in a few months. There is a nice gym located in the complex as well, great for getting in shape during the winter season and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Everything from rent and utilities can be paid on the online portal set up on the Encore website, with the exception of electricity and gas. Parking has been great, even with workers from the area parking in the complex. Give this place a look, you won't regret it!

She was extremely kind and generous and always tried to solve any issues I had on the spot or as fast as she could. I wish she would have been there for more than the last three months of my stay. I lived in apt 111 so whoever moves in next I warn you not to move in until something is done with noise coming from the fitness room. Within the first two months I started complaining about the constant weights being dropped that I could hear through the wall my bed was against. I would have to walk into the fitness center to ask people to be quiet multiple times as well as my girlfriend thats not our job. So imagine every night you get home from work or a long day and as soon as your head hits the pillow to relax you hear loud bangs and weights hitting the floor like there is construction coming through the wall. I brought this up multiple times to management until finally I was able to meet with the manager Seana Padgett who also missed our first meeting. My girlfriend and I showed them exactly what we were experiencing by taking them into our apartment while the other pretended to work out. They clearly understood that this was an issue but said theres really nothing we can do and that later on they would be changing things in JANUARY. I than said well we need our rent lowered or we need some sort of compensation for this issue because nothing is being done to fix it they couldn't do that. So I suggested maybe they move the dumbells to the other side of the gym and that was all that was ever done. Fast forward February time frame I am still sending emails because weights are being dropped well past 10pm and it is messing with my sleep. Seana responds to my email saying "I thought he was moving out." What a joke. Regardless there was never a plan to solve an issue that was taking away from my well being as well as my girlfriends just constant excuses and no real help. I lived there for 11 months and payed 2k a month in rent and that was the customer service I received from head management. I truly feel sorry for whoever moves into that apartment next. I would give negative stars if I could.

We ultimately decided to leave because of the consistently poor service and lack of management. One of the biggest issues was the constant turnover of office staff. It seemed like staff changed every few months, and communication was extremely difficult. Emails would often go unanswered for days or even weeks, and the office rarely answered the phone. When we did receive a response, the interactions were often rude or unhelpful. The maintenance staff themselves were generally very nice and pleasant, but there were repeated issues with communication regarding apartment entry. Despite leaving specific entry instructions, there were multiple occasions when those instructions were not followed. On more than one occasion, maintenance entered on Saturdays or while we were home and unprepared - including times when I was in the shower. That was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. For a property marketed as luxury or higher-end living, the grounds and overall upkeep also frequently fell short of that standard. Additionally, the walls were extremely thin, and we experienced multiple issues with loud and unruly neighbors over the years. Unfortunately, these were not isolated incidents. I am not normally someone who leaves negative reviews, but after living here for years, I feel it is important to share our experience. If this review helps someone avoid dealing with the same level of poor communication, inconsistent management, and lack of attention to residents, then it is worth writing.

My grandmother was hesitant because she is used to her home, but she needed to downsize and be able to socialize.
