He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. We now have our new bed and are totally thrilled with it. I highly recommend Craig as he knows his stuff and gives you the time and space to comfortably come to a decision.

I bought a mattress for my apartment over 10 years ago with Bob's. It was a great mattress at first, but I noticed it began sinking in the middle over the last year. I have scoliosis, so a good quality mattress is really important to me. I decided to go back to Bob's for a mattress because they have a pretty good selection of mattresses at fair prices. When arriving, I was greeted by Fatima, who encouraged me to try all the mattresses until I made a decision. In conversing with her, I happened to mention my last mattress was from Bob's, and that it was sinking in the middle. Well, Fatima looked up my account and realized it was under warranty! She called her supervisor to confirm, and they gave me over 800 dollars back towards a new mattress. I was floored, and did not expect to come in and get such a discount! Keep in mind, however, in order for this warranty to be honored, you have to buy the mattress and the protector - which I did. I did the same thing this time around, too. And Fatima encouraged me to speak up if I didn't like this new mattress. They have a 90 day sleep guarantee, and she said "If you don't like it, come back and get the firm." I really appreciated that Fatima took the time to advocate for me, and I hope I love this new mattress. It was literally delivered an hour ago! (And the delivery service was great. The gave me a window the day before, I was able to track where the truck was, and the men were in and out in less than a half hour. They took the old mattress, no problem.) Really, I could not be happier!

The credit goes to Jerome who helped us pick the perfect bed that was affordable and was also set up within days (impressive considering there was a snowstorm the weekend of our delivery) with the white glove service; all included in the final price. Jerome took the time to listen to our issues with our previous bed and gave us the chance to try just about every bed they had in the showroom. (I have since read other reviews with this same issue so realize he was lying to me from the start). As of this time, it has been three weeks, countless hours of calling and waiting on long holds, nearly a dozen emails... and still, no mattress. Not even a scheduled date for delivery. Will I ever receive it? Who knows. I have a herniated disc, and was advised by my doctor to get a firm bed as soon as possible. Had I been told the honest truth that it would be likely over a month (longer?) before receiving the mattress, I would have gone elsewhere. This review is now an act of desperation in the hopes that it will motivate them to stop giving me the run around and actually deliver my purchased mattress. Go elsewhere if you can.
