First, that is not what was communicated to me. At no point was I told the quantity depended on the size of the meatballs. If a menu item is being sold by piece count, customers should be given a clear and accurate answer rather than a quantity that varies based on that day's preparation. What was most disappointing was the response after the fact. For a dish priced at over $27, this explanation is unacceptable. Consistency and clear communication are reasonable expectations, especially at that price point.
