The entire office is astronomy themed, more like a cool science museum than a dental office. Even the bathroom looks like you're on the moon. I was told they would give me a call back because I didn't have an appointment and it was a busy day. The call was returned in a timley manner and it was not the same person who I spoke to earlier. However, she picked up just like if I was speaking to her from the beginning. I went in that day for the consultation. DR. V examined my teeth, explained the issues and gave me the best options (Very Professional). He then handed me over to two lovely young ladies, both with the gentlest touch and tones. They photographed, checked my gums and each individual teeth was measured and logged. I have a condition called Bell's Palsy and even with all that action in my mouth I was extremely comfortable. The following day I had to get some medication. However due to the business and the Thanksgiving holiday I believe it was forgotten.I went back the following day to collect it and was told by the pharmacist they have nothing for me. I called the office and spoke to another lady who not only apologized repeatedly. She assisted me even staying on the line till the prescription was sent. Honestly, everyone I spoken to or came in contact with was so respectfully and genuine. They made me feel comfortable and was very communicative throughout the entire process.
