I received a text from her on the morning of my appointment which I had booked 3 weeks prior, requesting asking if I could come earlier or reschedule because she had an emergency. My appointment was originally for 7 and I got there at 4pm. I arrived only to find that she had to people in front of me. by the time she got to me it was 7pm. She rushed through my hair to make the event, which turned out to be a fashion show at a club. The hair was installed so tight and messily that my boyfriend had to help me take it out. After paying $140 I ended up taking it out 2 days later and paying someone else to re-install the hair. The salon is very cute and clean though. I think this was an isolate incident, but I personally will not be going back.
