When I called back and spoke with MaryBeth, I asked the obvious question: does the stylist have scissors or a straight blade? Because anyone remotely competent knows a basic nape trim doesn't require clippers. Her response? The stylist "doesn't do short haircuts." So not only was the appointment accepted, confirmed, and held on the schedule, it was assigned to someone incapable--or unwilling--to perform a first-year cosmetology task. I went in person, hoping for some level of accountability, and spoke with Diamond, the store manager. She couldn't explain why the booking system allows clients to schedule services the staff won't perform. She also couldn't explain why not a single "experienced" stylist in the building could step in and complete one of the most basic haircuts imaginable. At every step--online system, staff communication, and in-store management--this was handled with a level of incompetence that would be comical if it weren't such a waste of time.

But if you're looking for a wig for Halloween or just to change up your look they have what you need every style every color and you can try them on. The Asian staff was very friendly! I have never seen so many hair extensions in one store. The store has been here for many years in Sanford it used to be smaller but now it's huge! I told the lady I will be back because I would love to get a wig and wear it to the bar . Maybe change my look from brunette to blonde for one night. They always have great sales and the associates make sure to inform you of all the promotions going on. I also have never had an issue with them fulfilling my prescriptions whether that's on the app or in person. The pharmacist and techs are super sweet and make sure to call you when everything is fulfilled.

I've been meaning to write this review about these wonderful ladies for a while now. I've been a…read moreclient of OCL for about 3/4 years on and off and I could not be happier with my results. I travel a lot due to business and I'm not always able to keep the appointments as needed and even with that the results still stand I can only image if I were to do it the correct way. I was officially diagnosed with PCOS in 2012 and shortly after that I made the decision to look for place that I could trust with my face most importantly. As I was starting to get raised bums on the side of my face and chin, that I can not fix with waxing or plucking. I initially started with Alex and she is amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedures carefully to me. For me there was some stinging in certain parts of my face but nothing that was out of control. It last a few seconds and then it goes away. Later on, Chantel took over of my care and she has been just as amazing. I love the results so much that I bought a package for my stomach. And even though, I have not completely the treatment the hair on my stomach is nearly gone and what has come back is very light, how it used to be. The hair on my face is a bit more stubborn, but even there the hair is light and no bums. Since, I'm not able to go back right now, I've just been shaving it like they taught me and my face is clear. Yes, the treatment can be a bit expensive, but believe me it's worth every penny. They also often have special, so take advantage. For, those of us that have excessive amount hair in unwanted place there is no better option. I can't wait to get back home so that I can get back on track. Thank OCL Team.
