    If you are in the market for a car I highly recommend!!! We came in with low expectations as we are first time buyers, credit wasn't that great and we had a low down payment and Steven made it happen for us! We left the lot with a 2025 Kia K4 LXS 9,000miles and we love it! Big thank you to Steven for making this happen for my fam!

    I leased a brand new Corolla from this dealership in Sept 2021. I subsequently financed it through the same dealership after the 3yr lease termed. 2 months later I refinanced it with a real bank and saved 1.5% interest rates. The sales person was the only reason why I went to Toyota of Avondale. I learned via repeated poor and unacceptable service experiences that this dealership is only good for sales. After receiving a free 2yr or 20,000 miles maintenance package as part of the new lease, it appeared the service department only followed recommended car manual guidance instead of using common sense on the condition of the vehicle. That reveals ignorance. Also, why schedule an oil change for a set time but have to then wait over 2hrs for it to be serviced? That's a waste of my time and shows poor time management on the part of the service department. Yes, I requested emails and phone calls from the service manager and never received contact. This reveals poor customer service. 4yrs after purchasing the lease, now I'm receiving text and phone calls from this dealership regarding "free" $25 gift cards and free oil change coupons...if I head over to their dealership. It's not free it's a promotional advertisement because they never corrected the known issues during the prior years. If it were free..mail me the gift card or oil change coupon but then again I doubt their service manager has corrected poor business behaviors.

    Avondale Toyota was an excellent experience from top to bottom and I appreciated how their model set you up with a single point of contact from beginning to the end. My sales manager Manuel Mendoza contacted me through email, cell, text and met me at the front to discuss my needs and wants. He explained their business model of selling at MSRP and not including dealer add ons that many others have done during shortages to increase margins. Throughout this process I felt taken care and trusted them way more than any other dealer in Arizona! Avondale Toyota and Manuel were completely transparent on their inventory, promotions, and pricing something that you can get at other places after 2 hours of negotiating if at all. Examples off the top of my head would be Avondale showing me the MSRP that was actually MSRP unlike Right, Camelback, Earnhardt and Berge who stuffed between 3K-15k in add ons to vehicles like the Prius or Corolla and try to force you to buy a vehicle they showed you. There were no high pressure sales tactics or games played here! Not only that Manuel was highly knowledgeable about the cars and took the time to make sure his info was correct. I even got to try the BZ4X XLE BEV suv that really surprised me. They blew me away after a week of terrible visits and messaging with other Toyota dealers. Def check them out if you're in the area!

We purchase an alternator with lifetime warranty that went out after 3 months, we took it back and they try to denied the change several times. They said it was not on the system. Luckily We had a picture of the receipt where it showed the stored number and credit card number. Jesus still try to pretend it was not possible to exchange it because it was not on his system and would not admit that it was him or his staff that did the mistake of not entering the correct information on there system or they simply wanted to steal from us and force us to buy a second alternator. Can you believe that, we had a picture of the receipt and a charge on our credit card and they wanted to robbed us. Jesus the store manager even had the audacity to tell my wife that he was going to lunch in two minutes as I was on my way to the store because he was refusing to help her. Horrible customer service at its core. It was only when I told him that I will reach out to corporate, his superiors and review his service on all the platforms available that he magically was able to exchange the warranty and found the transaction on the system. So if you want horrible service and want your money at risk, this is the store to shop at. Take a picture of your receipt because they will make you buy the part again to stay on business with your money.

I was told I had to return to the store I bought it from to essentially get a refund. I was told I did not need to bring the physical battery to get the refund. 20 minutes later, I get to the original location and a much more helpful worker explains that I actually do need the physical battery, and I could just do the refund at the other store. So I call the store manager (from the first place) and you could tell he just had no idea what was going on. I returned to retrieve the battery and plead with the manager, explaining that I think I could do the return there. I was met with profane language, and left with an overall sense of discouragement that this issue would be solved.
