From the moment they came in, they were professional, thorough, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us. They didn't just come in, do the bare minimum, and leave. They took the time to actually address the mess and problems we were dealing with and helped get our home back to feeling like a home again. What stood out most was that they cared. After weeks of dealing with contractors, damage, delays, and frustration, having a company show up, take responsibility for their work, and treat us with kindness was such a relief. I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

It was one of the first things I planned to replace. But after one cleaning, CCG completely brought it back to life and it looks brand new. I have two big dogs, so I have them come about every nine months and they consistently do the wall-to-wall carpet in my basement and the stairs up to the first floor as well as my couch. And the couch is done cushion by cushion and pillow by pillow. Both the carpet and the couch always look brand new after they leave. Sporadically, I have also hired them to clean other pieces of furniture that I don't use that often - to an amazing end. And recently, they started doing my custom runner up the stairs from my first to second floor. I was a little nervous about it at first as it has custom canvas trim - but again - looks fabulous. While I understand its not their fault for failure but my biggest beef is that I called the owner for a status and she did not bother to call me back nor apologize for my inconvinence. The tech was nice enough but I think as a small business, your reputation is everything, if you can't hold on to that, your competitor will eat your lunch.
