He came out same day and gave me a completely reasonable estimate to re-locate a cable outlet and install electricity for my brand new gigantic and amazing flat screen. They came out the very next day and the crew arrived on time. They protected my furniture with drop cloths and plastic. The technicians went up to the attic to re-route the wiring. It must have been a zillion degrees up there, but not a single complaint. Although they had to cut out a small area in the wall for the installation, they patched it up perfectly. They even vacuumed and polished my buffet before leaving!! Arthur set a perfect example of how to exceed customer satisfaction expectations. So many desert companies today are completely flaky. They don't show up, add on extras, and do crappy work, and charge a small fortune. Not Azdea! The work that they did was SO professional - they even made the wiring on the back of the TV look and organized with zip ties. They mounted the cable box to the back of the TV. My wife and I recently purchased a home in a new development in Palm Desert. Once we closed and moved in we were contacted by Smart Tech's service tech JP. JP came to our house for the "white glove" move-in service, which consisted of explaining all of the options that Smart Tech offers to the homeowners in this community, and to our surprise, a free Ring front gate camera and keyless entry system from the garage into the house. JP was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable that we decided to go with Smart Tech to install/mount all of our TV's, install a web mesh system, and install all of our audio/video systems. This was a pretty big project that included mounting 6 TV's, 3 web mesh locations throughout the house and 2 Dolby surround systems, as well as a audio sound system on the back patio. JP and Steve, also from Smart Tech, took care of this entire project in one day. Their work was impeccable! TV's were mounted perfectly and they left the work areas spotless. Both JP and Steve were professional, courteous, very friendly and super helpful explaining all of the info involved with all of the installation.
