I felt awful because I meant to wake up earlier so they wouldn't have to go out in the heat. A very nice guy came by like 20 minutes later with my order. I asked him if I could tip over cash app or Venmo because I didn't have any cash and you couldn't tip on the site. He absolutely refused, I insisted, and he told me that he wasn't even the delivery guy. He said that they gave the delivery fairies a couple days off because it was so hot. I'm not sure if he was the manager or what, he had a lot of tattoos up and down his arms and was white or light skinned (the lighting is horrible in my hallway), but he was so sweet! I have a broken ankle right now but once I can get out of the house I am showing up there and tossing a 20 in the tip jar. I've lived in Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and NY. I'm so happy that dispensaries finally are showing up here, in this place has the best selection, best service, best prices (relative to New York), & best vibes of any dispensary I've ever used. Yes, this gorgeous, impossibly high-ceilinged former bank building in Greenpoint is now a Flynnstoned. I didn't even need to purchase anything, but I had to check it out. And it's stunning inside. There are clean glass cases displaying all the things one might want (vapes, gummies, tinctures, flower, drinks), and the selection is pretty robust. The prices are not as horrible as one might expect considering the rent here must be bananas, and the staff was cool. We had a couple hiccups surrounding my own confusion around cartridges and more (I am not very experienced in all this), but a lovely woman named Mya helped me out and we figured it all out. This is the only Greenpoint dispensary I've been to, so I can't say whether or not it's the best, but it's certainly the most grand.
