I was referred to Lucy for injections by my best friend and let me tell you, she does not disappoint! I recognize that my aesthetic requests can be uncomfortable sometimes for injectors because I don't want the "typical" look. I like my eyebrows as high as I can get them (think Morticia Addams) and my forehead frozen, I appreciate pillowy lips with an apparent shape, and want a sleek jaw with zero lines around my mouth. Lucy listened to all my requests and took me from looking tired and sunken, to full and beautiful. Lucy is such a professional and narrates everything she's doing while she's doing it. She explains her reasoning behind the technique she uses and gives instructions for after your appointment to maintain longevity. She also provides wonderful pre-care (numbing and distraction) and awesome aftercare service and advice (a little arnica and facial massage on the injection areas). She also recommended skincare products to help with my skin concerns surrounding acne and hyperpigmentation. And I can't forget to mention that she is an absolute sweetheart. She put me totally at ease during the consultation and during every visit I have with her. She's like an old friend you get to catch up with while you're getting the treatment of your dreams. To Botox? or not to Botox? That is the question. I decided to try it. And without knowing where i needed it on my face, plus many questions to follow, I tried it. I was getting facials at Labelle, and using the products from the BSB line that is carried there and seen the change and improvement in my skin. But the lines on my forehead and the lines by mouth still would bother me and the solution that sounded the best but scary at the same time was Botox. I trust Labelle for my skin and tried the nurses at the town and country location. I was put in good hands and the first nurse I seen LeAnn told me exactly what I needed to get done and I wasted no time and did it. Wow it didnt hurt plus my wrinkles vanished and i was told to get filler in my cheeks to help lift and volume and that would help with the expression lines by my mouth. I loved it. I got compliments on how I looked and no one even questioned if I got injections. It looks so natural. 2 weeks after the first round of injections you go back and see if anything else needs to be done. I went back and seen a different nurse which was kobi and she made a few adjustments and to my surprise it looked even better. I highly recommend these nurses. Really great experience every time. I've been using their services for several years, and with different nurses. They always get it right. I especially like Kolbi. She always takes her time to explain what results to expect, and what the best, and most cost effective treatment would be for my Concerns. She even talked me out of some treatments, when she thought it wouldn't be right for me, and always keeps me up to date with the best new treatments as they become available. I went in to do Photorejuvenation, due to acne and hyperpigmentation. Linda is very patient and makes sure you understand what she can and can't do. The procedure took about 30 minutes. Sometimes it was hot, but Linda will listen to you if you are uncomfortable and focus on a different area. Right after the first session, my face was less red than before. It's taken me awhile to write this review primarily because I was waiting for someone to give me a courtesy call but it never came. First this has nothing to do with the la belle spa at the Town and Country it has to do with Awaken MD. All I can say is DO NOT TRUST your face with these ladies. I had Xeomin and Juvederm with Awaken and I have regretted the choice to go to a place without checking reviews or even knowing someone that went to them Most of us that have been getting neurotoxins and fillers know it's all about placement and that is exactly what went wrong here. The xeomin was given so that one brow was higher then the other even tho I told the nurse about the difference in my muscles. But it was the filler that took my face to a place I've never been. It was placed too superficially which left me with broken capillaries and little wiener like appendages that are still there to date. If your new to this type of rejuvenation or an old pro like myself, please do your homework and don't be in a hurry to satisfy a quick fix. Awaken MD is just out to make a quick buck which in the end can leave your face looking ...well not like your face. read more

Attending NP for Awaken MD, Linda Levenson RN, MN, and Leanne Haney RN have been great to work with both on goals and concerns. I have been most impressed by the advances of noninvasive anti-aging skin treatments. I've had a variety of treatments over the years but recently I went to Linda for IPL, fillers, and ALMA Accent XL. Linda and Leanne spend the time to discuss the different treatments and clinical results that would work best for my skin type and are available for follow up calls or questions anytime. I am seeing improvements weeks after my first visit, and sometimes only one visit was all I needed. I wanted to leave looking as refreshed as possible and I have thanks to Linda and her team. I'm updating my review to talk about the Clear + Brilliant laser facial... it's a game changer. I've had acne on and off for over a decade which consequently has left my skin tone uneven. I've always covered it with make up but after two sessions of clear + brilliant I'm wearing less make up and feeling more confident. It has taken me a while to write this review. I really LOVE La Belle Spa but disappointed with Awaken MD service. I got cool sculpting done in July and, during the session, the 2 ladies had to readjust the setup twice as it was not done correctly the first time and it took them a while to figure out that it was not done correctly. I should have been worried then. After my session was over, for the next 5 months, no one called for a follow up until I mentioned this to my aesthestician who raised this to the manager at Town & Country. So, I finally had a follow up appt and they took pics to show me that there has been a very very slight change which was only visible to their eyes as I could not see even the slightest of difference in before and after pics. Also, they recommended a few more sessions as this session was not so effective at all. After spending over $1000 for one session and seeing absolutely no results, not sure why I would do more sessions. Wish they would offer to do it correctly as I truly feel that it was not done correctly since it took those ladies a long time to adjust the setup and by their discussion I could tell they were not sure if it was set up correctly or not. I found it very interesting that when I was setting up the appt they needed the payment right away, however, follow up was not prioritized the same way. Feels like they are just out there to make money. However, I have been very happy with La Belle for years especially a big fan of Christine at Stanford location.
