I WOULD HAVE NEVER GUESSED THAT THIS PLACE EXISTED IF IT WAS'NT FOR MY HANDY DANDY YELP APP. So I was looking for a engraver to engrave an image for some keychains to be made. All I had to do was pull up my Yelp app and this was the first one that popped up. And I am so glad it was. The guy that works there is very nice and professional he shows you different forms of things that can be made and can even make things for you which is an additional cost but well worth it. The building itself does not show a sign so definitely get the address cuz you will pass it up. When I walked in I only saw one person and that was the guy working there. He helped me out so much and knew exactly what I wanted he was a little pricey but he did show me his work and I saw some of his work lined around which look great the keychains won't be ready for about a week and at that time I will let you guys know how they came out but remember this place is low key. They do have a parking lot in the front which was pretty big and street parking as well. So if you're ever looking to engrave anything or need somebody to create some thing for you this is the spot to go to I cannot wait till the keychains are ready because I know they will come out great. Ohh And one last thing before I end this review he gifted me with a pendant for a special person. Five stars all the way around I will definitely be coming back for all my engraving needs. Joe and his team came through with the perfect solution, on time as quoted

I came in asking to have a simple structure made for me which he quoted me $50 which was fair. I agreed to the price and we started to work on my project. I gave him rough measurements and asked him to cut something at an angle to which he said: "it probably wouldn't work at that angle", so I then asked "so what angle would work?" He ignored my question and proceeded to work on my project. He drew up my measurements on his computer and began cutting without the final okay from me. I was testing out my structure and asked him if I could peel off the sticker that was on the acrylic and he said: "you can do whatever you want, it's yours now." keep in mind that I didn't even give the final go to have it done. I only gave the okay to start working on the project. He also didn't build the structure for me, which is the reason I came to him in the first place. So I paid $50 for him to cut something that I could have done on campus for $15. He didn't build it, and he didn't cut at an angle as I asked for. I asked him to break down the price so maybe I have more clarity as to why it costed me $50, all he said is "that's what I think my time is worth" keep in mind I was there for 15 minutes as he pressed some buttons and brushed off my questions. I went home feeling uncomfortable with what I got and called him a week later to try to figure out a solution. He immediately started yelling and interrupting me as I was trying to explain how I felt. I wanted to work out a solution but then he proceeded to blame me for not "standing up for myself." Personally, I don't feel like a business should ever have to put someone in a situation where they have to "stand up for themselves" in the first place. Our entire phone conversation consisted with him yelling at me and blaming me for things instead of trying to work something out. Don't work with him. read more

This guy Joe is the rudest guy ever, he did a project for me without getting my final approval, he goes ahead and charges (also over charges) my credit card without saying a word to me, I confront him and he had the nastiest response, the work was mediocre at best. This psychotic guy wasted a whole week of my time, first he tried to scam me with a visit charge which was never agreed upon, then when i told him that we would proceed with the job, he tried to slip the charge in the price of the work. After we had agreed upon a price, i got his proposal. As I was getting ready to pay trough his website i called him to ask some questions. He answered with the biggest attitude and an overall rude demeanor. He told me that he priced the project too low and that he doesn't want to do the job anymore and proceeded to hang up the phone on my face. I asked Graphic Spider to create some guitar building templates. Joe's product was excellent and I look forward to ordering some other items from him in the future. I am not sure why some of the other reviewers gave such poor ratings. First, when it comes to price, whenever you have custom work done, it is going to cost a little bit extra. I looked around for others who could do comparable work, and Joe came in $100's below other estimates. Second, when it comes to quality and Joe's commitment to me as a customer, I was impressed. Like another poster has experienced, there *were* some problems with my order, both over confusion of exact product and a few other minor details. I can guess that part of the miscommunication between Joe and I was because practically everything was done over e-mail, and there is an entirely different dynamic when you can talk face-to-face. However, when I discussed the problems with my order, Joe was very quick to make sure I got exactly what I wanted/needed. The end result is that my guitar templates came out perfectly, and in some respects, better than I expected. If you need custom acrylic work, Joe can do just about anything. Guy does beautiful work on his website. I hired him to do a prototype he charged way to much money, did not give me an estimate before I visited him other that it will be more than the finished product. Prototype was not done perfectly and was way to much money. Then he took 5 days to refund me for the second prototype which I canceled and I am still not sure if he even refunded me. First the check was in the mail, then he said he did a credit on my credit card. We will see.... Beware if you are on a budget! read more

I was in need of a bar height counter top for my business, and I needed it quickly. I contacted Graphic Spider and Joe answered the phone, he was very thorough asking the specifics of my project and I sent the files he needed to get the project started. That was late afternoon on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning he sent me two virtual renderings of the project, giving me an opportunity to examine the results before any material was used, and to make corrections, which I did; within an hour he sent the final virtual version, which I approved. That evening he showed up to my store, with the completed counter and proceeded to do the installation. Three hours later I was absolutely impressed by the accuracy of his work. I was in a bind and needed several engravings for an awards ceremony the same week. Luckily, Graphic Spider came to the rescue.
