As a business owner I would think Maria would be mortified and apologetic, which she wasn't really. It was odd. She did give me a discount which I appreciated. Can't speak to the quality of their work but if you're worried about paying money up front when many vendors are late or no-show not a company for you. I'm always happy to pay when people show up.
