I used to come here all the time to get my watch repaired , or my battery replaced , went there today and they charged me 20 bucks to put a battery in my watch. I think I got ripped. I checked with a few other places and they only charge half of that I won't be coming back. read more

Regardless of the bad reviews I think this is one of the best smoke shops in the valley, just went in today because a new disposable vape that just released malfunctioned and I took a video of it and brought it in the next day and they swapped it. they've also ordered me exclusive backwoods from Germany on request and will get you pretty much any gear you're looking for. also can't forget they have the best prices around. read more

I went in for a vape and I come all the time. I bought a new kind and it wasn't working and burnt. The owner tried it in front of me and said it was fine then tried to give it back to me. I told him I no longer wanted it because he just hit it? Like hello??? Coronavirus. And then he gave my vape to another customer and told him to keep. I had to pay for a new vape. Another $20. I will never be coming here again. Pretty sure they sell to underage kids. read more

Honestly, M&I smoke shop is pretty lit. ALWAYS busy. They have really good deals and products that actually last a while rather than die within 1 or 2 days. Moses & his entire group of coworkers always bring a lively vibe to this smoke shop. most of their vapes are fake and don't work or go out fast. one of mine almost exploded in my hand once. they don't offer refunds even if you just came in. 18 dollars for a fake vape that i can buy next door that's genuine and only 7 fricking dollars. they're scamming teens, young adults and those unaware. they don't deserve the business they get. they only have it because they sell to minors religiously. the wraps aren't the original prices on the pack and they black them out with sharpie. their incense are super expensive too. everything is expensive and low quality. but the people are nice. only reason for 2 stars. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE - I wouldn't recommend going here or spending money here by any means. I have been a loyal customer over the years but no longer. I bought a Special Blue torch for $35 in February. Over the weekend the torch blew up in my hand out of nowhere. I took it back to the shop where the owner Moses tried to "fix it". I told him I did not trust the product and did not want to spend money on another purchase as I had just bought this one. Butane was leaking everywhere from this thing and the owner, Moses, had no resolution for the problem. He suggested he could give me a "discount" on a new one when I had just bought this torch a month prior, used only butane his employees recommended and so on. This torch not only could've seriously harmed me but the owner had no remorse or resolution for his faulty product. He simply stated "this doesn't have a warranty". I left the establishment, the owner threw my faulty torch in the trash and I had to purchase a new one elsewhere. For a business owner I would think they would take caution in selling products that could cause great danger to consumers and future lawsuits for them. I went to 88 Smoke and Vape in Mesa, AZ where they took great care of me. read more
