You get notification that the technician is on his way with a picture of him and his name so you know exactly what to expect Jim C. was the technician assigned to my home to do the job. He was very friendly. He was helpful, he explained things which put me at ease regarding my problem. The whole process was fast, easy & efficient. I'm very pleased. He left everything clean & the job done. I will use them again.

Then they tried to blame it on me, and gaslight me that the before pictures showed "exposed wiring" when they clearly didn't. Then in the process of coming back to "fix" the job I was told he was going to leave my property to get a part and Come back later. No. Instead he pretended to leave, and when I went back into my house, snuck back and did unauthorized work. I also had to tell the guy to stop touching me repeatedly. The owner of the company said to me clearly that he thinks it's just fine and dandy for his employees to be touching customers. And I'm a man. I wouldn't let this guy in my house if I was a woman with that attitude. His "manager" also thinks it's ok to bully customers in the phone and mock disabilities. I inquired on how long the job would take based on pictures I sent over, and he replied "an hour max, and it will probably be a couple screws and glue" Communication was OK overall. Lee contacted me on a Monday and asked for the address, email and phone number and asked about my availability for the remainder of the week. I didn't receive a response to my reply, so I had to follow up the next day. We were able to get the job scheduled for the same Friday and his team came to complete the project utilizing a lockbox we provided. I didn't receive any updates during the job, which probably would have helped the surprise of the invoice I later received that was $232.35 when I was expecting something closer to $100 based on our first conversation. Lee did promptly reply and let me know that they thought they would hit a stud but since there was nothing, the job was more complicated as they had to create the support. Overall, still a solid experience and I would still consider using Lee and Finest Fix in the future.
