I shouldn't have waited this long to write this review. We used Aww Crap with Kody and his crew for about seventeen months. Happily. So very happily. They came out for an initial cleaning the day we moved into our home. The previous owners' dogs left a lot behind. The initial cleaning was fantastic!! Practically like this had been a dog free yard. Keep in mind that about 1/3 of our yard is rocks while 2/3 is turf. The dogs all like to use the rocks. It's a serious pain. Kody and his team always took amazing care of removing the dog feces. Always! We had weekly visits after that initial cleaning. Fairly priced. Auto pay. Delays were always communicated. Usually due to weather and/or staffing. The yard was always properly cleaned. Top notch service across the board. Sadly, due to staffing, they no longer provide regular service in our area. I can't explain how much we miss Aww Crap, Kody and his team. We tried someone else for a month and we have been beyond disappointed which is what prompted me to realize I never provided a proper review. Give them a try and I can't see how you could be disappointed. Five stars all day. read more

My husband and I have a relatively small side yard in our new townhome in Parker. We had issues with a previous poop scoop company who would cancel without notice and give us the run around. Unfortunately, AwwCrap was no different. In fact, when we signed up for AweCrap, we let them know our concerns from our prior experience and were assured they would be better. Well, after this mornings bait and switch email, I can say they are worse. We signed up for service twice a week for 3 dogs and were told that they can no longer service our home twice a week because the tech can't make it out here on Tuesdays. The Denver metro area isn't that big and we are assuredly in their service area. And we signed a contract (edit: there is no contract. Mea culpa). Apparently they can reneg on their side and leave you hanging but if you want to break your contract with them, good luck. If you want a company that shows up when they say they will, keeps you informed, and provides good customer service, look elsewhere. EDIT: oh, I'm sorry. There is no contract. The owners response is correct. So, you literally have to take the business owner at his word that they will show up when they say they will. Also, Kody, did you not agree to service our home twice a week? Did you not reneg on that commitment this morning? Do you not show "dispatched" on your website the entire day and then not send an email or text when that service is missed? You allow your system to lie to your customers. If your system says "dispatched", I expect service unless there's weather. What you are doing is providing excuses for breaking commitments YOU made. At least own up to your failures and stop making it seem like it's the customers fault for having basic expectations for customer service. Also, my name is Austin. My husband is Chris. You suck. Ive literally never left a review for anything, but I feel I have to take time out of my day to warn others about your terrible service. This fella spammed my emails for months took all my personal info, said he would show up multiple times and never did. When I followed up AGAIN to ask for the service to be done I got radio silence for weeks. Don't waste your time. read more

Came one time. Charged me over $100 and didn't even clean up all the poop. Was supposed to come weekly. Didn't come for the next two weeks. Wouldn't answer any of my texts. Then told me when I cancelled that it was because of snow. It had only snowed once and it was very light. Melted by the afternoon. I would not recommend. read more

Ok good and bad. The good was most of the time when they came. The bad is when they don't come And they don't even bother to text you they don't call you they don't anything to let you know that they're not coming or if they're going to come on a different day.Shoot me a text or if something happened or if they're planning on not coming.And they cannot seem to do that. I only ask for 1 day a week. I did not care what day just let Mel know. Seems to be to much to ask. Oh well you might have better luck. I do not recommend this company! read more

Unfortunatly for these guys, we signed up in mid-January 2022 and our regular service day was supposed to be every Thursday, but the weekly snow lately kept them from making the weekly visits so we only got about 3 in 2 months. They struggled with keeping up/catching on the few nice days in between the snow storms... we totally understood.. swear! My husband was recovering from surgery and not able to do the pick up on a regular basis. However, on one nice Saturday two weeks ago, he went out and did a clean pick up of our back yard since Kody's team hadn't been out for a while (again, snow issues). On the following Wednesday we weren't expecting the service a day early, but got a text the guys were here and we scrambled to secure the dogs and unlock the gates. I specificially told the guys onsite that we did a huge pick up just a few days prior and they would not have nearly as much as previous visits. Yet we get a charge for $65. When I disputed with Kody he said since we didn't inform them of our own cleaning, he just ran the invoice. But I did tell his guys and honestly didn't know we needed to tell them this, I even asked how we should let him know in the future being new customers and not knowing how they work quite yet. He offered to refund the charge and I instructed to charge us for the service for that day, but $65 was excessive.. .that's when he got snarky with me. However, we did get a partial refund and the amount was acceptable. All appeared good.... It's Thursday afternoon (3/24)and we hadn't heard from them... I emailed for a status with no response. I checked my account on the website and all my info had been deleted, everything gone. I then emailed Kody again to see if he had decided he no longer wanted my business... no response. Kody ghosted me and didn't have the stones to let me know. Here's the kicker, I mentioned to my husband this morning that I was curious how their service would be in the Spring without all the snow issues and that we'd give them a few weeks to see if there was consistency. Deleting my account and records of service and payments doesn't delete my emails and receipts... which I'm happy to share! EDIT TO RESPOND: I did NOT send an email cancelling my service. If I had, I wouldn't have sent TWO emails the follwoing week asking when we would get the next visit! Try again.... with your response, the truth maybe??? read more

Kody cancelled my services after my previous 3 start review where I complimented him but expressed frustration in services he says he provides but are not obtainable. I understand being short staffed and booked out. I was kind but honest because I too work in the service industry. But this is awful customer service. If you don't give this company a 4+ star review they just cancel your services. read more
