I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I brought in a package to be shipped internationally and had the label printed from my email. Unfortunately, the wrong shipping label was placed on my package. I only discovered the mistake because I had taken a photo of my package before leaving the store. After my transaction was complete, the employee handed me my receipt, said "have a good day," and I then asked if I could take a quick photo of the package before leaving. At no point did I place a shipping label on the package myself. I noticed the error the same day I dropped the package off and immediately called the store, leaving a voicemail on Saturday. The store was closed on Sunday, and I was waiting outside Monday morning when they opened to address the issue as quickly as possible. Despite this, I was later told that the store claimed I had waited days to report the error, which is simply not true. I reported the problem as soon as I discovered it. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when I later spoke with UPS representatives, I was told the store reported that I had placed the label on the package myself. That is also false. The package was handled by store staff, and I only asked to take a photo of it after the transaction was complete. UPS Corporate also advised me that the store needed to take action to attempt to stop or intercept the package. However, I was repeatedly told by store employees that there was nothing they could do. Throughout this process, I felt like I was being passed around with no one willing to take ownership of the mistake or help find a solution. As a result, my package was sent to an Amazon returns center. It contained sentimental items and personal belongings intended for my sister in Paris, and those items now appear to be lost. What should have been a simple shipment turned into a stressful and heartbreaking experience due to an error that was not mine. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability, conflicting information, and lack of assistance afterward were even more disappointing than the original mistake. A shipping error has potentially resulted in the permanent loss of irreplaceable items, and I hope no other customer has to go through the same experience. read more

Last Tuesday I had multiple Amazon returns that I dropped off at this location. I let the attendant know that I had multiple QR codes and asked if she needed to scan all of them. She said no, it would be fine. A week later I'm checking to see if Amazon issued my return yet and it only shows that 2 out of the 6 items I brought to this UPS were scanned in and in route back to the warehouse for return. So it in fact was not fine because she did not scan all of my items. Again, I asked if she needed to scan all of the QR codes and she said no. So now I have to contact Amazon and resolve this with them. It's an inconvenience and an issue that could have been avoided if she took the time to scan all of the QR codes. read more

Like others have said, charges for everything. I have gone to many UPS stores with my Amazon return and they never ever charged me two dollars to tape a box instead of paying it I bought a thing of tape and taped it myself in front of the employee. That is not smart customer service. I will never go there again for anything. I could never bring myself to charge someone two dollars for 14 inches of tape and one second of my time. After checking with Amazon, they clearly showed that if you go to a UPS store, you do not have to pack or tape your item. see picture below. It only says if you go to UPS it has to be boxed and taped. clearly this UPS store need to read the rules or stop allowing Amazon returns because I'm sure they're getting paid by Amazon to do all of this. read more

Came here an hour after opening. The employee working was by himself and greeted me and others right away. He was helpful, quick, and efficient. Why the 2-star rating, it's because of the company itself. They will charge you every penny you have for anything. And when they charge you they up charge a ridiculous amount. For example, if you need assistance on taping part of your package while dropping it off, that's 2 dollars. If you need something printed off your email that's 3 dollars. And that's for only 1 page. I understand there's inflation, but to upcharge that amount is ridiculous. Overall, the employee was great. The company is money-hungry. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. The dark haired gal and her young colleague dude closed early and wouldn't take a UPS Drop-off. Nothing more, just an already wrapped and labeled package. They were in such a hurry they locked the gate without turning the open sign off. The older lady coming out said the were rude to her as well and couldn't get her out quickly enough. I highly recommend if you can use a more customer oriented store do so. TheRIPOFF Store is what it should be called. Price Gauging at the Max. I just left there and they wanted to charge me over $300 for a small box, $30 for a small soft package, and $123 for another small box. All just going to Virginia. Seriously people you shoulf be ashamed to charge consumers this much. I drove less than a mile, went to the USPS and shipped all 3 packages for less than $80 arriving next week. I saved over $300. I came in here to return a duplicate playpen I received from my baby shower. It was still in the original packaging with a shipping label from Amazon attached. I set up the return and went to this ups store and the girl at the counter told me it needed to be boxed. It was boxed in the original package. I showed her the label still on the box and my return code that just said the item needed to be in a box not a specific ups box. She refused to help. I drove down to the ups store on Tropicana and walked in with the same return code and the same packaging and the gentleman slapped a new label over the old and took it. Why couldn't she do this? I'm new to the area and this UPS store is the closest to me. I made a sale online thru an online app and the shipping method is via UPS. Unfortunately, I do not have a printer set up right now and went to this UPS store with my package in hopes they will help me out. Carried in my box, told the person who worked there my issue - needing to print a packing slip, get it taped to the box and need to ship out the box today. No problem at all, he printed the label with no hesitation, taped it on the box and scanned the label so I can get a receipt. He said he totally understand the situation and glad he can help. I'll get my printer set up in a few days but glad there was no delay with my shipment as this person working at this UPS store really helped me out. I'll definitely be back again. DO NOT COME HERE, or use UPS in general. I shipped out a box, in perfect condition, and it was delivered with huge holes in it. Everything inside was broken and damaged. UPS DID NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY for the damage and even refused to pay for the insurance I had on it. BEWARE.. save all of your receipts and contacts if you do choose to ship anything through these people. Wow! The custom service here is unbelievable! I had went here to return a package I had to send back to Amazon. Firstly it's a sign that clearly says "$2 to tape packages" so I was going to go with that option but the lady told me my box was to big so I had to pay $5 which doesn't say that anywhere in the store! So I just turned around and bought a roll of tap for $6 sense that was the better deal! Also got charged almost 2 dollars to email them my prepaid shipping label to print it out for me!!! Horrible experience the older ladies are just so nasty and rude slick talking me and pretty much rushing me out of the store!!!!! I've shipped single items from this location without issue for years. However, this past October I returned two (2) similar items to two (2) separate recipients and the issues that came of it still are not resolved. To begin, the clerk took both boxes and scanned each QR code on my phone. Upon scanning the first code, a label printed out which the clerk stuck on top of the wrong box. I said "Hey, I think that goes to the other box" to which he assured me: "No, I see it here on my display: 'headset'." Well, BOTH boxes were headsets, but apparently he only recognized the Bose name brand and not the other which is really only known in aviation. At this point I should've been more assertive, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. In the coming days, I tracked each return with the tracking info given to me on the print-out. Long story short: Bose confirmed receipt of a non-Bose item and shipped it back to me. Amazon has not confirmed receipt of any return items. I immediately contacted UPS who directed me to The UPS Store where I could request they "generate a call tag- they'll know what that means." So, I emailed Melanie explaining the situation and no response. I then called voicing my same concerns the following day. Melanie's answer: "We can't do that. We're not actually UPS, we're a UPS store." It's now four months later and I'm still in the process of going back and forth with Amazon over this claim. I'm not the kind of customer to tell an employee how to do his or her job, but this all could have been avoided had I done just that from the start. Think twice about using this location. read more

The employees are extremely helpful and happy to help, and they always work very fast so there's hardly a wait and I'm in and out of the store quickly. Came in for a simple printing by sending an email to ups, was given the wrong email then skipped three times before she told me the right email Then skipped another two times, a simple print has never been so hard at another store. If your considering using their small mail box service for 6 or 12 months beware. They have also jumped on the exorbitant price increase train too! It now costs almost $170 for them to put your mail in that small box for 6 months and about $330 for 12 months!! We are talking about $30 a month just to put a few pieces of mail in the box a month. read more

Melanie was the most helpful and respectful customer service rep I have encountered in a long time. I utilized the UPS store 1519 over the last couple of months when I had been in NV sending things back home after my father's passing. She remembered me on each visit and was so helpful and friendly. She even took the time out to listen and let me vent about an unpleasant situation I had while in NV. This store lost a package of mine never shipped it out and has not helped one bit, I have been trying to get a hold of the district manager or whoever is in charge to help me resolve this matter. The store manager has no clue what's going on but has he offered to help me with my situation. So I would stay far away from this place and untill my issue is resolved I will leave a 1star everyday. This place smells like a bar, as if there's beer spilled and seeped food into the carpets, aside the smell of cigarettes too. First of all if you need a print don't waste your time of money, they'll charge you by the minute apparently. I was told to email their store and not once did they mention I would be charged for sending them the file to print, to even get my file printed! When I asked they said that is the only way to provide them the files... Basically a Hidden fee that's partial to the separate service fee for the print alone! And they conveniently could not open the link to print, so of course I was charged for the time per minute, for supposedly "using " a computer I never even touched once. I didn't even spend more than a minute to send. $2.50 for a print and hidden "computer" fee! Most expensive email I've ever sent!! This is ridiculous. I won't be back here. But Jason took over, had me open my app, and he made it right in about 2 seconds. Saved me a trip to Kohls! I'm not sure which UPS delivers in Henderson because I just moved here , or how the delivery system really works, I just know a UPS driver handed this off to my boyfriend while I was at work. I've ordered from Shutterfly and had it delivered on time and with no problems elsewhere, never looking like this. it sat in a Henderson UPS office for over a month before I called the company to resend me the pictures. I only know this because you can track your package online, but a consultant from Shutterfly confirmed that it was in fact just sitting in an office in Henderson and they were unsure why that would happen and for so long. The date marked is April 1st, but we received it on the 2nd, which isn't a crazy big deal but it just adds a bit more to my frustration. I had initially ordered pictures February 20th, and it took until April 2nd to get this garbage envelope. When my boyfriend mentioned how terrible it looked to the UPS driver, he had absolutely nothing to say about it. I called for a refund from the company, although it's not their fault UPS destroyed it. So, I'm just putting this out there for whichever processing and delivery attendants did this in Henderson Nevada. read more
