Most recently, I brought my Xterra in for an unusual noise. It was making when I was backing up and turning my steering wheel to the right. They actually came out and said to me that they they must've overlooked it last time. My vehicle was in, which was a few weeks prior and they were going to not charge me for that. They took accountability from missing that were any other mechanic could've just charged me a fee for something like that. They are very honest mechanics and they've been established in Naperville for a very long time. They may not be the cheapest, but you pay for quality work and the guys who work there in the front desk area are great!

I was very upset because I knew that having it towed to a nearby repair shop would put me out of work for at least a day. I called Action Towing, they told me they would be there within 30-45 minutes. 15 minutes later their truck shows up! The driver was able to use his flatbed to jack up the front of my car and, with effort, remove the damaged undercarriage piece so I could drive my car! Not only was my Saturday afternoon saved, but I was spared a hefty repair bill and the inconvenience of being without a car. Price was extremely reasonable and driver was super polite and friendly. I hope I never have to use this company again, but I would definitely recommend to anyone in need!
