Kramer's was able to come out from Cicero to Wicker Park to tow my car and bring it back to Berwyn. Granted, it took them 1.5 hours to get to my car (have you looked outside? It's blizzarding.) and from Cicero, no less. The tow guy was very nice and took care of my car. He even offered to wait around until my ride got there.
