I had a frustrating experience at Firestone. I made an appointment in advance and they took my car right away, which was great, and they did honor my coupon. However, I ended up waiting over an hour for a basic oil change. To make matters worse, just two weeks or less later, my car signaled that it needed attention for the engine (turns out my fuel injector was flooded with oil, which seemed weirdly suspicious after oil change here).It also defeats the purpose of making an appointment too if it still takes that long for simple maintenance. read more

It was a good and quick oil change and we had an appointment (important to make an appt ahead of time) and a coupon (just had the link sent to our phone, then you just show them when you click on the link when you check in) from their website so it was discounted quite a bit, see picture I attached off what it looks like on the website. Definitely get the coupon printed or you can just have it sent to your number and then show the staff person. Without the coupon, the basic oil change is a bit high, but with the discount, it is pretty good value. The service was good and friendly. I know it's a mixed bag depending on how many people are in line for their cars to be serviced, but when we came in July to get our oil change, it was pretty quick and seamless. There's a good, climate controlled, and clean waiting area also, and it's in a good part of town which many automotive places are in more industrial and sometimes more sketchy parts of town. Was in last Sunday for an overdue oil change. Something was mentioned about my tires so I made an appointment to come back for a new set. Went home and did research. Also talked to a buddy of mine about my tires (also sent him photos.) He advised me to start saving up for new tires but I told him I already made an appointment. Was just getting a second opinion since I thought my tires still looked fine. Came in today (11/30) for my appointment. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions (Brian too.) I was in n out in about an hour. My previous set was from a competitors shop with the same brand as the stock tires. I came in about a week or two ago to get a set of new tires for my car. I got in at 7am on the dot, where I was helped by Chris, the store manager. I wanted a full set of 4 tires, but my car was slightly difficult because it has a staggered wheel formation. I let Chris know, that I did not want a different set of wheels for the rear, than that of the front. He agreed, so he searched for a quality set of tires that would match both the front and the rear. I ended up getting a set of Toyo tires. This firestone did not have the tires in stock, but he let me know he could have a vendor pick them up for us, and they would be able to put the tires on the same day. I got a call around 1130am as my tires had arrived, asking me to come in at 1230. My car was up on the lift and out of the shop by 2:30. I appreciate the time it took for Chris to setup my tires getting changed, being completely honest with me, and just overall having great customer service. Since I had come in about a month prior to me getting a new set of tires due to a blowout, I let Chris know that I had just bought a tire from them, so he ended up giving me one of the front tires for free, and replacing the previous tire I had bought, with the new tires that came in that morning. If you're looking for a firestone, that will take care of your car, look no further than this store right here. I have had many positive experiences with this location. As long as I live in Elk Grove, and my car needs maintenance, I will bring it here. I left the store, $1200 out of pocket, with a brand new set of tires, an oil change, and both cabin and air filters changed. Being completely honest, the main reason my tires were somewhat expensive was because of my choice of car. I brought my Toyota Camry here, a few years back, and left the store $700 out of pocket for a good set of tires. Not to mention the warranty on the tires, everyone always tells me to go to smaller shops, or hole in the wall mechanics, none of them that I have been to offer warranties like I've received from Firestone. I don't know why this Firestone gets such poor reviews. I've lived in the Sacramento area for 30 years and I am VERY nervous to take my car to any auto shop, including the Dodge dealer service center, so much so that many years ago I had the engine replaced at a local auto shop and they did not attach the wiring harness, causing an electrical fire while driving the car (see an older review of mine.) Total loss of the Toy Camry. I sued them but lost in court because I'm a woman, literally what the Judge said. Ugh! Anyway, my fear of auto mechanics is real. About ten years ago, I had taken in one of my cars for a brake job to a local brake shop (their supposed to be the experts), only to realize there was something very wrong when backing up and that shop did nothing to fix the problem. I took it to Firestone and they told me that the screws were not tightened and fixed it for free. I started taking all of my cars to the Firestone location at 8055 Orchard Loop Lane and over the years I've had only positive experiences with this shop. Recently, I went in for an oil and filter change, as well as an air filter change. I also had them give the 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 a complete vehicle inspection, tire rotation and inspection, washer fluid top-off, and adjust the tire pressure. The car came back without any issues, since they have replaced the battery, brakes, and tires within the last two years. This car has less than 45k miles on it and I absolutely love it, I take very good car of this car. What I really appreciate about this shop is the quality and value of the services provided, which is a "Complete Auto Care" auto shop. They even inspected and reattached a portion of the undercarriage caused by the poor road conditions in Sacramento, for free. They provide courtesy checks, detailed brake inspections, tire inspections, tire pressure checks and refill your tires for free. If you buy tires from them, you'll receive lifetime free tire rotations. If your check engine light comes on, they provide a free vehicle diagnostic code scan. What's not to love about this shop? The customer service staff treats me with respect, offers me a 10% veteran's discount (available to all military members and veterans), clearly explains diagnoses and repairs, and offers warranties on tires, batteries, and service. Another bonus is the online appointment scheduling, online coupons, fast service, a clean lobby, and located near several restaurants (and Lowe's if it's a longer job) making the location prime. The staff treats me with respect, maybe I don't understand how car care works, but they can see that I respect my car and taking care of my car is a top priority. I've been to this location multiple times over the years, but never for "complete auto care". For one service only, and it's FREE!!! On the outside of their multiple garages, they have a banner promoting "FREE AIR PRESSURE CHECK". One day, my tire pressure was low, saw their sign, had them check it, they filled it up to what it needed to be, and I was on my way! Quickest service ever! Since then, whenever my tire pressure is low or seems out of whack, I'm able to pull up to their garage (don't even have to get out), one of the employees will come out, ask what I need help with, fill up my air and I'm usually on my way within 5 minutes flat! So much better than having to stop at the gas station, hoping to be able to get parking by the air compressor, go inside, ask the attendant to turn on the air, getting your hands all black and greasy from the cord and tires, and hope that after multiple attempts you get the pressure correct. Do yourself a favor. If you need a tire pressure check or air in your tires, save yourself the hassle and time and stop by here for the free service. I only came here for a tire change. Apparently my shocks and struts "APPEARS" to be leaking fluid. I called for several days for them to order these parts and show me how "bad" my struts were however, no one wanted to say anything besides "go to your dealership, we'll try to get an estimate" I already had several mechanics at other shops check my shocks and struts and they were perfectly fine. Again, I guess fraud and making misleading statements plus other violations is just the norm, didn't expect anything less. Firestone service and quality has gone way down over the recent years. I've been a Firestone customer for over 10 years, for the most part never had any big issues. Well I had a car idling rough and check engine light on (car was still driving ok though) so I scheduled an appointment and brought it in early afternoon to get checked out. I expected a day at most and that's if they had to fix parts. I was told even with an appointment it will take at least a day just to diagnose it. Seems like there's no point in making an appointment but I said ok. Then I'm told it needed over $1000 in repairs to fix it, most of which was just spark plugs and wires, the diagnostic fee, and oil change. There was another about $1000 recommended but was told this could wait if needed. I explained the cost seemed high and I only wanted the needed repairs, it's a family vehicle that was driving ok and I just wanted it working so I agreed to the overpriced repairs. The cost was way too high probably higher than the dealer, but I just wanted the family vehicle fixed and safe to drive with the rough idle gone. Keep in mind I already had a scheduled appoint from a Thursday early afternoon, I was told it would be at least another full day and someone would call me when it's done. I was called on Saturday saying they are short staffed and super busy and need it until Monday, I explained I was upset about this and the cost was already high even for quick work which this was not. I was told I'd receive a discount and the problem would be fixed it will be running fine again don't worry. Monday comes and now I'm told it's running really rough they need more time to check it out. Naturally this was upsetting and I explained this. Days of time "working" on the vehicle and agreeing to high overpriced repairs, being assured this will fix everything, and then being told no it needs more time and work. Monday evening I'm told it is running rough still and now needs fuel injectors, intake manifold gaskets, and something else I forgot, this was quoted as about $2000 on top of the already repaired items. So basically they scammed me, I said nope this is ridiculous I'll pick up my vehicle. I picked up the vehicle, it was running with a even worse rough idle than before, it died on the way back home (not a super long drive) it did start back up but kept running rough. It just sat parked because it was running too rough. Took the time with another mechanic Fixed the fuel injectors and the gaskets as recommended now the vehicle is dead not running. Not sure what they did to the vehicle but Firestone can't be trusted anymore. Super high prices, very poor service, always busy even with an appointment. I originally brought the vehicle in with a rough idle but driving fine, now it's not working and I paid for overpriced repairs from them that was assured it would be fixed. SCAM! Firestone can't be trusted anymore, I was once a loyal customer, but now any vehicles I need work will be taken somewhere else that's for sure. I would rate zero stars if I could. read more

There were unknown issues going on with my vehicle that is beyond their control and I needed to take my vehicle at a dealership. Not only they took care of my diagnostic fee, but also took the time to look through my expenses that they were very aware of (the headaches and financial hardship I was dealing with my vehicle). I made a purchase on tire rack for some falken rt660 tires and schedule an appointment for the install. The appointment date was 2/20/21 it took 2 hours. After the installation I went to my brothers house and he noticed my rims was scratched. Since 1 rim was scratched I decided to check the rest of my rims and ended up seeing all 4 rims had long scratches that looked like scratch when they were using the machine to set the tires into the rim. Contacted them the same day and they asked me to come back on Monday 2/22/21 for them to take photos and have the manager contact me. The manager Patrick contacted me on 3/4/21 only after I had called again on 3/3/21. Never heard from him again since 3/4/21 and it's been over a month. read more

They changed my brake pads and rotors. Not even a year and the car started shaking when I applied the brake. Took it in and they said that the pads were bad...so in less than 15k miles the pads went bad!? It gets better...they replaced the pads and brakes which they charged the full price for. I drive less than a mile away and start hearing a clink whenever I hit a bump. Took it back in and the mechanic argued with me and went back and forth saying it's normal. Even started raising his voice which I told him to tone it down. Called in the manager and the manager had the mechanic tighten everything down once again...the sound went away. A place that can't do basic oil change and brake replacement shouldn't be trusted. Inside guys are great but the floor guys have no clue on how to do their jobs. read more

My personal experiences differ from others but I can see why others may be upset. This place is busy when I came in. Had an appt at 3 and came in at 2 and there is no bay available to squeeze me in. No big deal. They got done by 5pm which is still a pretty good timeframe. Costco can take up to 4 hrs even with appt. Price was also very good. 60 bucks for all four tires which I bought from tire rack and had shipped directly to them. The cashier was very nice and the techs appear to be competent. Not sure if there is a management or training issue though cuz it appears they sometimes suffer from miscommunication. Here's why I say this. A customer had been there since 1 for a tire repair. He was apparently told they could not find issue with tire and will inflate and put it back on. After a long time they eventually stated they found a puncture near the sidewall which they could not locate originally. Staff at the front said it was fixable so he requested it be fixed. But communication must have been poor between front end staff and techs because when they were near closing time, the tech advised it was not repairable. The customer had been waiting for 4 hrs and accused the staff of not finding the hole initially, then finding the hole a lot later, saying it was fixable when it was not, and only giving him an option to replace the tire 4 hrs after he dropped it off. There was another guy who brought in a fleet vehicle for replacement of all 4 tires and a general check up. Can't verify if what he said was true but he said he'd been there since 9 am and that they didn't finish until 4. He was upset at the wait. read more

I have been a customer of Firestone (in the Bay Area) for over 20 years. Moved to Sacramento and have taken my car to this location twice and both times it's been horrible. The lady that works there isn't friendly, at all. She's helped me both visits. Each visit, they told me that my oil change would be done in 60 min; 90 min at most. THIS IS LONG BUT JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FIRESTONE I was a walk in this past Friday 5/14. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and an alignment but the gentleman who checked me in said that I had to schedule the alignment ahead of time otherwise they would have to keep my truck over night So I just went with the oil change & tire rotation. I left my truck and went about my day. A couple of hours later I received a call from a lady (who I believe her last day was that Friday) about some other services that the truck needed and i respectfully declined & she stated "okay I'll go ahead & tell the mechanic to wrap it up & your truck will be ready soon" I hung up and left it at that. About an hour later she calls me back & says that "the truck needed another kind of service" I again respectfully declined & she stated "okay I'll tell the mechanic to finish up and your truck and will be ready soon" I questioned it in my head but figured they just wanted a yes or no to continue so again I left it at that. About 20mins later she calls me again & states "we couldn't do the oil change because the cap In your oil pan is badly corroded and if they attempted to change it it would break off. They could order the part but it was going to take about 4-5 business days" I stated that I have been getting my oil change from another firestone facility for the past year & not once did they mention anything about the cap being corroded. She apologized and said that there was nothing they could do without me ordering the part. I declined to order it because I started getting weird vibes. about ten minutes later I received a call from a gentleman stating that there was some kind of miscommunication with the lady at the desk who called me, the mechanic & himself. He mentioned that they were in fact able to drain the oil and replace it but not change the filter. he brought up the cap again saying that they had taken pictures to show me when I picked up the truck. When I arrived the lady who called me greeted me and basically gave me a recap of why they couldn't do the oil change. I asked about the pictures and she gave me a puzzled look stating that "there were no pictures" & that There was no charge because they basically didnt do anything other than drain and refill the oil. Fast forward to today 5/16. I took it to my normal Firestone facility, didn't say anything about what happened Friday 5/14. I requested the oil change & tire rotation. The guy who helped me asked if I would like the alignment as well and I mentioned that I thought i had to request it ahead of time and he said "no, we can do it the same day" I handed him the keys and left. I received a call later on in the afternoon and the guy said my truck was ready. Aside from the alignment being a little off & the oil change the truck was fine. I brought up concerns about the corroded oil cap and he said that it was perfectly fine otherwise the mechanic would've said something. this particular Firestone will never get my business. Please, if your smart please do not let these people touch your car. I trusted them to do my brakes in my bmw because I work across the street from them and I regret it. Right after I got my brakes done they squeaked and creeked a lot but I gave it some time because they are new brakes but after a month it continued so I took it in for them to look at. Dropped off my car at 7:30am in the morning and got a Call at 3pm saying my brakes are fine and they hear no squeaking. I'm 100% positive I heard the loud creeking everytime I stopped so I told them can they please take a deeper look. I come back at 5:50pm (right before they close) to pick up my car and once again they said everything was Perfect so I get in my car to test it and I was surprised to see my car gas light said 5 miles left of gas. Mind you I had over a quarter tank of gas before I took it in which is about 60 miles in my bmw and now I was stuck with no gas. I quickly called them and the person I spoke with inside told me and I quote "there is a gas station up the street we don't sell gas here" I live far and haven't got paid yet so I had to call a friend to pick me up. I could only imagine the joy ride the workers of this place had when driving around more than 40 minutes just to say my breaks are perfectly fine. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRESTONE LOCATION! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If you care about your car and your hard earned money, you'll find another auto care location beforehand. Please read our review to the end and you'll be glad you did. It'll explain the one star review (which they do not deserve nor did they earn but it's the only way we can post a review to help warn consumers). We were referred to this location (given its proximity to our home) from Tire Rack to install our four new tires and have them balanced and aligned. That was all they were supposed to do. Install. Balance. Align. That's it. We set up an appointment directly with the manager Noel (his number was provided to us by Tire Rack) for a 3 pm appointment on January 28, 2019. We checked in for our 3 pm appointment. They didn't finish our vehicle until well after closing time (6 pm). You do the math, over THREE hours to have four tires installed and aligned! Really?! However, that's not even the issue. The issue is far greater than that! The issue is the very same issue that other Yelp reviewers have given ONE STAR reviews for - the Firestone Elk Grove location are CON ARTISTS and they're in the business of "DASH lighting!" Here's the scenario: Your car goes in (as in our case, for tire installation and alignment). Keep in mind, our car was not there for any auto work whatsoever but it's in their care and what do they do? They proceed to loosen something under the dash of your car so that guaranteed when you drive off your dashboard ends up giving you a light show! No joke. Your dashboard which was 100% fine when you dropped it off for your tire install starts to light up (as in light show style) from left to right - right to left and then randomly lighting up when you drive off. The give away that you've been conned is that some of the lights that flash on aren't actual warning lights, they're lights that ONLY go on when something has failed! Our car just got serviced by our mechanic so we know those parts haven't failed and yet, our dash is lighting up like a Christmas tree indicating that parts have failed! Seriously?! Of course it's now well past their closing time so there's nobody to call or see to address the matter and we're left with a SABOTAGED car! They DELIBERATELY manipulated our dash to set off our dashboard lights! No doubt this is a "CON PATTERN" that must work for them with other customers (as evidenced in past/recent Yelp reviews who've also been hoodwinked by their deceitful actions). What is this "CON PATTERN" you ask? Let me illustrate for you based on our experience with them. The customer comes in to have work done, they wait for hours to have the work completed (over three hours in our case for a tire install/alignment). The customer is thrilled to finally have the work done, as it's been over three hours after all. The "nice" mechanic who supposedly worked on your car comes out to talk about what he did on the car (the "NICE CON"). Customer is happy that the work is done. Pays the bill and drives off. Mind you, unsuspecting customer was the very last customer to leave the shop and it's after hours. Customer drives off and gets about a mile or two and bamm! The dash lights begin their disco show and customer tries to contact the shop to ask for an explanation about this problem but of course, it's long after hours and they've gone home for the night. Customer tries to call the manager's private line to leave a message and the phone just rings and rings and rings. You can already guess the rest of this CON because it's illustrated by how they've handled past customers with the same complaint. They tell you they don't know why it's doing that and they ask you to bring the car back and then they offer to "fix" it for a price! That ladies and gentlemen are CON ARTISTS and Firestone Auto Care mechanics in Elk Grove are Con Artists. They're unscrupulous and underhanded and their actions should be against the law. We're letting everyone we know to stay away from this location. They're a bunch of crooks! We're also sending a letter to the Bureau of Consumer Affairs who licenses these shops, as well as the Better Business Bureau and contacting the local news media (KCRA, etc.,) so they can warn other consumers about this shop! Add to that, after they've sabotaged your car they upsell you into buying their "lifetime" alignment warranty which WE DID and now that we've experienced their scam, there's NO WAY we'd ever bring our car back to them for an alignment or anything else for that matter. If you've read this far then you know to stay away from this Firestone location. We wish we had read the reviews before agreeing to have Tire Rack ship our brand new tires to them for installation. Firestone Auto Care in Elk Grove is bad. And not bad in a cool way, BAD in its original definition of the word bad. They ought to be shut down until these issues are addressed by Firestone Corporate. read more

Terrible customer service... dropped off my car for an oil change at noon - received no phone call, no update at all! Arrive at 6 to find out my car hasn't even been touched! And again no phone call at all and all I got was a "sorry we were just so busy". Wasted my entire Saturday waiting for my car! read more

I went in for a simple tire patch which I was told could be fixed. Later on in the day I received a call saying the damage was too much to patch and that I had to completely buy a new one. Long story short: AAA came out, said I needed a new battery, they were worried about the connection point so they jumped me to drive my 2015 Mustang (not driven in months) to this place. Immediately I'm made to feel less-than because I was given conflicting instructions about leaving my car idled. After an hour they get my information and I'm in my Uber on the way home. Fast forward: they call me and tell me part of the connection points are eroded and they are worried they may be eroded all the way through. I give them the go ahead to order the connection points- $200 to now $500+ Then they call back a few hours later and say the entire line is eroded. Now $900+ dollars. I call a friend from out of town and he advises me to pull my car out of there. I ask them to please put the battery back in and see if it can start so I can drive it to him. They call me back and say it can't start so I'll need it towed. And that it'll be left outside unlocked because they can't start it. Great. I organize with AAA again to tow it. Tow truck driver jumps it and gets it to start immediately. I took the morning off work to do this. I find it very disheartening that they take advantage of people who may not know much about cars. As cliche as this sounds-- they're dishonest. I work as a director in the medical field where we help people every day, people who may not be "experts" in the field. And it is our job to be advocates for them, not to take advantage. This was embarrassing and a huge waste of my time, AAA's time, and my money. Go elsewhere. read more

My experience with this location was awful. I do not recommend this location. I came in for a simple tire patch, Besides the near 5 hour wait, they messed up my car's dashboard control panel, misinformed me of my tire tread depths, and then tried to bamboozle me into buying all new tires based on that misinformation. Read on for the specifics. Long Wait- they underestimate wait time I had a flat tire and needed a patch. It was a Sunday and the first day of a vacation road trip. Over the phone I told them I can come in within the next 30 minutes. The person over the phone quoted me a time of 3 hour wait if I got there within 30 minutes. I get there within 30 minutes and it took 42 minutes to get thr the line to the counter. The clerk checks the tire, sees the darn nail, and says they can patch it. But now I am told it will be a 3-4 hour wait. We accept and check in. So we wait, and wait...and wait. The 3 hour estimate in total turns out to be just shy about of 5 hours. Last customer of the day. They tried to up sell me- The tech told me the tread depths of my tires were averaging 3-4 depth. She advised me to buy new tires. Heck no. No way was my tires at 3-4. Only when Ii said let's go out and measure again did she give me the written measurements. The center were 6s and the sides 3.s. What gets my goat is that they tried to bamboozle me... but how many other folks do they hornswoggle?!? They messed up my dash board- As I waited, during the day I noticed 2-3 folks came back after driving off from just having their car serviced to have their dash panels fixed. I didn't think much about it. But after I got my car and using the restroom at the Lowe's down the street, I drove less than a mile before my dash panel went haywire. Car engine light, tire pressure light, etc flashing on and off. Codes were lighting up. I go back but they are all long gone. Mind you I was the last customer. So I'm stuck with a screwed up panel. I had to google it to find a fix. i brought it to my trusted mechanic. but it has not quite been the same since. I called Firestone the next day and they said it is standard protocol to run an electronic diagnostic even for tire patches. Really ?!...even on a tire patch. They said they can look at it but I declined. I don't want them touching my car again. No way! They didn't make others wait- But what got my goat is that they took care of walkins that came in after me. They based their serving not on first come but on the $ higher cost services. For walk-ins, Firestone serviced the higher price point services first. The waiting room is right next to the service counter so I heard and saw everything. Those folks were in and out in less than 3 hours. But I was desperate to get this tire patched since it was a Sunday with limited shop options. Restroom Out of Order- I sat in the waiting room for the entire time. Get this, the restroom was out of order and customers are advised to go walk to the gas station across that is about a 7-10 minute walk round trip. Watch out for the panhandling homeless men bicycling and walking about in the open fields. Also the waiting room had no TV. No WiFi. read more

Used them a week ago because my usual shop was closed, and Firestone was open On a Sunday two weekends ago my vehicle quit starting, and I figured it was one of three issues; the starter, distributor or alternator had gone out (was hoping it was the starter of those three possibilities). I'd already assessed that it was the battery. I have the vehicle brought in for a diagnostic which was $99, I thought that was expensive but had no other choice since the vehicle wasn't starting. They couldn't get to the vehicle until early Monday morning since they're busy on Sunday's, so the vehicle had to stay at the shop overnight. It turned out to be the starter, and Monday morning was quoted $510 to fix that plus the $99 for the diagnostic. That's insane to replace a starter. I could get a starter from a local auto parts store for a 2006 Honda Accord for $160 minus discount. But let's say it cost me $200, that's still $300 in labor that they were charging for something that takes an hour to replace. So I decided to look elsewhere and another shop nearby said they'd replace the starter for $100 less. I gave the quote to Firestone and they then decided to drop the price by $85. Again since I'd have to tow the car to the other shop, I went with Firestone's new price and they said the car would be ready by the end of the day Monday. I get off of work at 5pm and still haven't been notified that my car is ready, it's at almost 6pm that I got a call saying that the starter they got from the dealership was faulty. And it would take another day to get the new part and fix the car. Why wasn't I notified earlier in the day that there was an issue and the vehicle wouldn't be done that day, as I was told it would be? And not after work and an hour before the shop closed? So now that's another day without my car. I'm able to pick my car up Tuesday evening and talk to the guy at the front desk about the issues with turn around time, and he took $21 off the total (better than nothing, but only $21?). When I get the service receipt I looked at the cost breakdown, and they wanted to originally charge $310 for a starter that runs almost half that in an auto parts store. Luckily the other company saved me that $85 with that quote. If I wasn't stuck in the first place and could diagnose the issue myself at home, I would have saved myself over $400 in overpriced parts and labor and 2 days without my vehicle. read more

I came here cause my ac wasn't blowing any cold air and I was told I needed a new AC compressor. I decided to think about it due to the cost and then a week later I called back and told them let's change it. So they replaced it and then about a month later I'm hearing this odd noise and I knew it was coming from my AC since I had never heard it before the service. Plus I could tell when I turned on/off the AC. So I took it back and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. I knew that wasn't true so I finally went to a different location and sure enough my ac compressor was faulty. Luckily I had that warranty still and I was able to get it replaced again at no cost. I'm glad I didn't listen to them the second time around. Definitely will stay away from this Firestone from now on. read more

I bought tires from the Natomas store and recently moved to the Elk Grove area. One of my tires had a slow leak so I made an appointment for 12 o'clock on Sunday. I arrived and waited for at least five minutes for someone to come check me in and I could tell he had an attitude right away. I asked him how long it would be until they could take my car in because they were busy and he said about an hour. Are you kidding me? I asked what's the point of having an appointment if you still have to wait an hour before they even look at your car? He said something about all the people that come in and when there was an open spot I'd be a priority. I guess I didn't have priority enough with an appointment. I'll probably be driving to the Natomas store because their customer service is so much better! read more
