This led to an immediate need to remodel the old bathroom and the basement. We started the project with an insurance company recommended contractor who immediately was not up to the challenge of working with all the surprises an old home throws at you. Enter Artisan to save the day. Immediately, Diane assessed the situation and put together a confident plan to turn our ruined basement into my now favorite space in the house. We now have a new bathroom, kitchenette, laundry room, and media room in what was once a neglected space. Diane is an outstanding communicator who excels at creative problem solving, sourcing materials (especially during supply chain shortages), and management of subs. I experienced long delays for samples. Poor quality of work. Blueprint not followed. Wrong product installed at the price of $51,000.00. The builder walked off job, because he refused to replace with correct product. C .Parsons will claim he quit, he did, because of the poor job. Sub contractors allege Parsons is a slow pay. Sub contractors allege money withheld and false claim made money was refunded to client (me). Allege Idaho public records show another lawsuit filed as recent as July of 2025. Allege Dave Parsons (founder) is no longer an owner. Don't be fooled if he is paraded into your meeting. Many other quality builders available. AVOID THIS COMPANY

We have used Remodel Masters for three jobs in our home. The first two jobs were bathroom floors,…read moreremoving tile, prepping the floors and laying LVT. The floors turned out just the way we wanted, high quality installs. They also removed counter tops in 3 bathrooms and were able to do it without disturbing the tile backsplash. We hired them to move a toilet in a basement bathroom and remove the floor and lay LVT there also. Which is where the problem starts. The toilet was moved but instead of removing the tile floor, they filled in the grout lines so they wouldn't eventually show through the LVT. That was fine with us. They laid the floor, it looks very nice but when you step on it it has a hollow sound. When Jed had me come see the finished floor, he came in the bathroom with me, talking the whole time. After I paid them, I went down to put the bathroom back together I noticed the floor was "noisy", called to my husband who concurred that the floor sounded hollow. He immediately called Jed and told him the floor was hollow sounding. Jed said they'd come back but they had a big job starting so it would be a week or two. They still have not fixed our floor. In my opinion Remodel Masters should have fixed our problem since they created it BEFORE going on to their next job. Silly me paying for work that was not right. The job was done May 9th and we're still waiting. I'm sure Jed knew we would have complaints but why he avoiding fixing his error is beyond me.
