The person who we reached out to didn't reply for a quote until two days later. Apparently she had a family emergency. That's fine. But couldn't someone else take over and reply back? Especially when I explained that we were looking for the quickest turnaround due to a big project we need to push through on time. Called the main # to follow up since I didn't get a call back and it kept saying I called during non business hours (it was at 10am). Finally, someone picked up and said the person who was helping me is not there and I would have to wait she got back. Asked it's a big rush and asked if anyone else was there and then that's when I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes, only to be hung up on. When I called back, it went to the same message saying I called during non-business hours and no picked up. Called again and same thing happened. I don't know how any business can survive with this kind of customer service. I WILL NEVER CALL HERE AGAIN AND ADVISE ANYONE I KNOW TO NOT CALL THEM AS WELL. read more

In early May of this year, I was preparing to attend a film festival in France and needed updated business cards. I had a sign done on the back of my pick up, I felt like I had to keep telling them how to do the job with measuring etc and when it came down to design with what font i want and layout it was very basic advise I got from the designer. When I showed up to have the sign fitted the color was wrong and they also took alot longer to fit then they told me! They had the truck for 7 hours to have a simple sign fitted on the back window and tailgate, although I am happy with how the final product looks I will not be using them again!!! read more

I asked for a very simple print of a wall scroll. I wanted the print to be a specific length + the length of the loops in the print. Specifically mentioned it to them TWICE, NOT to cut into the banner for the material for the loops in the scroll. I was assured this wouldn't happen. Then, when I arrive I just stand their awkwardly because another customer had his print messed up as well. After a few minutes of nobody talking to me they show me the print and my print has been cut off SPECIFICALLY how I asked them NOT to. Then they made up a story about calling me to confirm when everything was worked out over email. Terrible terrible printers and they wouldn't even reprint in a timely manner. Would NOT recommend. They can't take one simple instruction and then they blame it on you. read more
