What I love about her is the fact that she took her time checking my hair, how to achieve the color I want and the haircut I was aiming for. She did a hair test first before applying color all over my hair which all salons should really do first. Then she explained every process and how long will it take. She took her time doing my Color and Keratin treatment. After 4 hours... I so love the end result and will definitely be back.

She kept the length as much as she could while also taking off what needed to be refreshed. They were both so nice and we chatted away during the appointment. I called in a couple of days prior to see if I can get an appointment with Pinky. Luckily she had availability the next week at a perfect time for me! I walked in and was greeted right away. It was a bit chaotic, but I was able to get a wash easily. Unfortunately once Pinky started combing thru my hair, she saw that there was still some residue of conditioner left, so we had to rinse again. No problem, though.
