Food are more like snacks, greasy asf. The service was nice though! Kept us company. We got there at 6:30, and we had drinks, the waiter was gone until 7:02, we were looking for him, just to tell us happy hour was over. Definitely felt like it was on purpose cause the foods are half the price. Smh. The food and drinks were delicious. We also really enjoyed the drag brunch. The manager Edward was very helpful with our reservation.

Service was not great. We were told the wait would be about 25 minutes for a table and we were fine with that. We waited over 45 minutes and checked with the host and they said we were no longer on the list. They said they would seat us right away, but we kept waiting and other parties that came in after us were being seated while we were still waiting. One of the perks of reserving a table in an establishment is using the facilities. However, "gold VIP" had no extra perks besides a table. You're paying for the ambiance. Food is similar to iHOP BUT TONS CHEAPER THERE. The manager (if she was the manger) was aggressively rude to our party of 15. We added our name to the list at 10:45 to then be seated at 1:30 (no big deal since they don't offer reservations). She wanted us to wait even longer for a party (who didn't leave till 3) to finish their meal then seat us. The experience was upsetting and madding as I was a patron and was well patient while the manger acted if I was a bother. read more

Came here for the first time this past weekend and had a beyond awful experience. We came as a group of 4 for a friend's birthday and we were hoping to have some food and drinks. It turned out to be burlesque bingo night, so we decided to pay the cover and participate. After 40 minutes, we still had not seen a server. Two of us decided to walk over to the bar to attempt to order drinks, but we were told we needed to wait at our table for the server. About 10 minutes later, a server came over and said: 'do you guys want to order food?' we said yes, she proceeded to say, 'OK you have 3 minutes.'. We started scrambling to look at the menu she just brought, while she timed us on her watch by then saying, '2 minutes', '1 minute'. We were shocked. We said we will just order drinks then. She took our order and then went to serve other tables. We were pretty turned off by the countdown we had just received, so we walked over and told her that we were going to leave and to please cancel our drink orders. As we were walking out the door, the server ran in front of us now holding 2 drinks (which she rushed the bar to make once she heard we were leaving), and told us that we are not allowed to leave and that the bar already made our drinks. We told her that this is unacceptable and we left. Once we got to our next (and much more welcoming) destination, we then realized that the server charged one of our cards for the drinks. Overall, the service here was childish, unprofessional and unacceptable. We will not be returning and we will be spreading the word to our large network in San Antonio. read more

A couple friends and I were looking forward to the drag brunch, it's a shame their employees lack communication. My friend was seated alone and when we showed to meet her we were stopped, asked a million questions about payment and reservation and even lied to about my friend being seated. The flyer said nothing about payment/reservations but the way they approached the situation was extremely distasteful. We left after they 'finally' said we were ok to sit with her... outside at that. Waited 20 minutes and had to approach the bar to let them know that no one had come to take our drink order. They definitely didn't have enough staff for a Sunday. The tables are all small round tables so it's not comfortable for a meal. After order it took about 45 minutes to get our food which was not hot at all. The taste was good but it was obviously sitting there for a while before it was brought out. Same for the drinks. Was excited about this place but most likely won't be back. If I could give a zero for service I would. I came here to celebrate my birthday. I was very understanding that my big party would have to wait an hour or so. We waited, and waited.. and waited. So eventually, two hours passed and I went up to the host/hostess and asked what was going on and they basically said whenever the other large party decides to leave, we can be sat. Now mind you, they have a great bar area with tables and music! I loved that part. Why couldn't they just ask that table to move their party to the bar area. Especially if you're only going to have one place for big parties to sit. I'm not sure if it was the manager or the owner that was speaking to me and my friends but she was extremely rude and not friendly. I was so excited to try out this place and it was very underwhelming to say the least. The food was very mediocre. You're paying for the vibes and that's all and truthfully after dealing with that woman the vibe was dead. The only decent part was the bar area and the sweet and helpful waitress. This is not the place. One pro is that the bloody Maria's were great, rest of the drinks we ordered were halfway decent. Now the cons, to start the food is terrible. We wondered why the table next to us left after only eating a few bites. Then we got our food and realized why. If you want to speak with the people at your table, eat outside. It was horribly loud inside and we had to yell to speak. Finally we sat waiting for our food for an hour after sitting outside waiting for a table for 45 minutes. Do not come here for brunch, any food, or if you only want to spend an hour there. It seemed like our waiter was serving every table so getting anything from him was impossible. When we got our food we asked for water and eventually just had to go to the bar to get it. We were also never given silverware so instead of waiting half an hour to get it we went to the hostess stand. For three tacos and a round of drinks we spent 3 hours here and it was all on waiting. As mentioned at the top of this comment this is not the place to go. Do not be fooled by tiktok. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Where do I even begin, the waitress needs an attitude check as well as lesson on customer service. Terrible service from start to finish the waiter who help us forgot our chips n salsa on top of taking forever to just bring our drinks out. The waitress in the purple bow in her hair was giving us stanky looks and glares when she had to bring us our forgotten food. On top of that there was a hair in our food. Disgusting it seem like it was on purpose with way she was acting and the one in crocs as well didn't even apologize that there was hair in our food. They also messed up an order and it took an hour for our food to come. Barely was checked on and was ignored on multiple occasions when i tried to wave the one in crocs down to get help we made eye contact and took her over 15 minutes to even come by. 0/10 customer service, this place is not worth the hype.
